A typical day at work was structured yet dynamic, offering a good mix of routine tasks and unexpected challenges. I learned valuable skills in time management, collaboration, and adapting to different team dynamics. Management was generally supportive, offering clear guidance and feedback while giving space for autonomy. The workplace culture promoted inclusivity, open communication, and mutual respect, making it a positive environment overall. The hardest part of the job was managing tight deadlines during high-pressure periods, which required careful prioritization. However, the most enjoyable part was working with a diverse, motivated team and seeing our collective efforts lead to tangible results. The sense of accomplishment and team spirit made the experience fulfilling.

Festilight offers plenty of opportunity for growth as the company is growing every year. 
I started out as a seasonal installer almost 5 years ago and moved my way up to lead installer, to project manager, to my current position. 

The workplace culture is great, and management is wonderful and understanding. 
The best parts are seeing the displays we installed lit up at night, and the BBQ's.


Festilight Decor Inc. is far from typical. The people here are vibrant and energetic, and always look to find new and exciting company goals to tackle together. The competitive edge is present, but never gets in the way of team spirit. Management exercises a professional etiquette but still remain friendly and approachable. A breath of fresh air from the "company culture" we're used to seeing these days.

This flexibility has allowed me to effectively manage my responsibilities and obligations outside of work, contributing to my overall well-being and job satisfaction.

I've been at Festilight for over 4 years starting as an installer and then moving into a higher position after only one year. There are lots of opportunities to advance in the company and lots of resources and support to help you succeed. If you like working outside and if you like decorative lighting then this is the right company for you. 

I have joined recently but can already see how the team members are really happy to work here. Work might be challenging at times,  but with great room for individual and team growth opportunities.

The work can be challenging but is rewarding. The supervisors and team members ensure everyone is comfortable with any particular task.
