Had a great time interning at this company. Senior leadership placed a great emphasis on work/life balance, great communication between teams and departments. Everyone is there to support you and you are given opportunities to learn through being immersed in projects.

it was different when I was there some unprofessional staff, but now that it merged with Fiera, it may be better to work there now than in the past. like any other business, it's always a work in progress.

Fast paced environment, always have the opportunity to learn, good work-life balance, great teammates and culture. Great overall investment platform with significant resources. 

fast growing company. high management still struggling to find clear mission. managers are most of the time not sure of priorities and who's responsible of what.

Nice offices, nice people, job had no down time. Some over time required to meet tight deadlines. Management was trying to resolve the issue and streamline processes, not sure if they did. Learned a lot here.

I really appreciated the amazing development opportunities here and colleagues are super bright.  Love all the new initiatives Fiera is putting in place for employees 

I really enjoyed working here! Management was great! They helped out as soon as there was an issue and nothing was moving slow up there. Everything is fair honest and fun!

They had a great new focus and direction under the new ceo in 2021 but now everything is going down. It’s pretty much a boy’s club, they’re forcing us back to the office 3 days a week for no reason, half of the bonus payment last year…

Only good if you work in front-office or sales. The rest is treated badly and doe not have any perks.

It is a great workplace to start a career. Learnt a lot. I started as an Intern and worked with great people. It would be pleasure in continuing to work with Fiera.
