I joined Fife House at a time where there were several changes in the agency. Our new Executive Director is supportive and wonderful. The management team encourages opportunities for staff and wants to help. We are supporting some clients who are experiencing multiple upheavals and challenges in their life, and that can make it tough as a support worker. But ultimately, it is rewarding work. The agency is evolving and committed to changing the workplace environment. I look forward to seeing things continue to unfold!

To say that this workplace is toxic is an understatement. Management are completely incompetent and foster a sense of bullying and harassment within the workplace. Management undermine staff completely when working with clients and gaslight and bully their employees. Also the pay is way under par for other agencies providing the same service. Stay away.

Workers are great. The work is hard since there are a lot of clients that need housing. Many clients have some sort of substance use problem and mental health issue as well as medical complications that make them difficult to work with. Pay is very low. $16 an hour and education level is not factored in.

I love Fife House Foundation! It’s a beautiful cause with wonderful people. I hope to stay here for a very long time and grow with everyone. I am thankful a place like Fife House exists.

Great place to work. Management always has your back and approachable whenever you encounter problems. Workplace culture is very easy-going and friendly. It's like having a second family working there. You make a lot of connections with clients in the community and rewarding.

I started with Fife House as a placement student where I was treated with dignity, respect, and equality. I fell in love with this organization and decided to continue working for them after my placement. 
The staff and management are like one big extended family. I highly recommend them as an employer.

Good and welcoming place to work if you belong to the community in which they serve. Relaxed and slow-paced office primarily focused on having fun. Does valuable work within the community.

Flexible shifts, great management team - super supportive, pleasant staff and interesting work day. 
Lots to learn and great place to get experience, reliable access to pick up shifts.
