As a independent self starter after startup meeting I was on my own. Working with very knowledgeable clients and trades the project stayed on track as the paper work was 3 weeks behind the project.  I learned a lot and was able to prove my skills. The more I did it seemed the less I was worth. After reading this Management will know who I am call and discus if you wish. 

when i work for filmore they are the best company that i work for and my father an brother as well work for them they are a good team to work with. we alway talk on coffee break and they listing to what u have to say and they also test your new skills and.the hardest part of the job is you work hard no fulling around on the job. the most enjoyable the job is that we all work as a team and get along as a family.

Did monthly pay runs. Learned quite a bit about Construction Accounting. Management was great to the employees. Were told when doing a good job. The hardest part of the job was preparing for a cheque run and reconciling credit cards. The most enjoyable was going to work. Always felt welcome as if part of a family.

Great people to work with, company was flexible to difficult life situation I had at the time. Coworkers were great people, manager was flexible to difficult situation I had in my life at the time. Due to this situation I wasn't able to stay long, but I did enjoy my time there.

I've had a really great experience with Fillmore working on jobsites as a labourer with many carpenters and many other tradesman. I would personally recommend Fillmore for its good work community and lost of work.

Safety is a number one concern of management and on site employees. Work ethic is recognized and allows you to work up the ranks. Team members are modest and friendly yet professional an respected. Overall a great company to work for, at all levels of employment.

Filmore was a great company to work for.  Benefits and management were on their toes.Most jobs I was able to be there from start to finish, great team work atmosphere, supervisors were easy going and easy to get along with.

Good pay and good work environment. 
downsides were as a 3rd year carpenter i spent the majority of my time taking out trash and kind of just milling around, as all the work being done on site is handled by sub-contractors. Also if you do not enjoy Night shifts this is probably not the job for you. 

Learned new things everyday and grew from the company. Every site was different and experienced different things through the job. Learned different steps on how a building is built and taken down in projects.

Awesome company to work with. Beside long hours sometimes wich is a normal thing in a construction career and it could even be a supergood thing for people looking for overtime, everything else is great.
