A typical day at work varies depending on completing tasks, attending meetings, and interacting with colleagues and clients. I'm constantly learning from different issues/tasks, which helps me better understand and assist the client with their concerns. When it comes to management, I enjoy working with my managers/colleagues who always provide clear guidance and feedback, set achievable goals, and foster a positive work environment. Workplace culture is also important and the great thing is we have open communication, mutual respect, and a sense of community and belonging. The hardest part of my job is probably when I'm unable to assist the client with their requests because of technical limitations or other constraints. On the other hand, the most enjoyable part of my job is when I'm able to successfully assist them with their request. It's always rewarding for me to know that I've been able to make their day a little bit easier or better.


I am excited always going to work and never felt that I was exhausted at any point of the day. I learned now that this type of organization still exists wherein all of the employees are welcoming. The management cares a lot and makes sure to check on us regularly to see if we are being treated fairly. The workplace culture is by far the best I ever encountered. Our job is not hard in a way we receive timely feedback and coaching to grow in this company. And the most enjoyable part of the job is having the best people around me that bring out the skills I never knew I had. 

All my work has a great impact on the company as a whole and the company core values align with my own.  There is lots of room for growth, promotion and self development.  Great company vision and employees are most valued for their accomplishments.  We are challenged to get out of our comfort zone and never feel micromanaged thus giving us the latitude to do our best work.  A great collaborative workplace environment with an amazing culture filled with talented and passionate people.

As I started working here, I already experienced the good values of the leaders with us employees and their willingness to support us right from the beginning of my career and up to present. They also encourage us to build teamwork and collaboration with our colleagues and I never felt working alone. I also appreciate that this company values the importance of work-life balance for their employees and that help us not to be burn out from work. 

This company is the most unprofessional work place ever. CEO and president of company are totally unprofessional and knows nothing when it comes to managing people. The turnover is very high as the pay and work atmosphere are below average. They favour people who speak french. All what is written in the benefits of their jobs postings is FAKE.

The collection manager and department is horrible and against the values of what company itself claims. They mistreat the agents (who are not close friends or belong to a certain ethnicity). No promotions, just add stress in the name of Coaching sessions and there are no set or written standards so you are rated bad even if you are doing a lot.

I work with a lot of talented and hard working people. With the support of my manager and team we’re able to accomplish a lot. 

There are always opportunities for growth if you have the drive and passion, and working from home is a great advantage. The start up culture isn’t for everyone but if you’re ready for fast paced and innovative work you’ll be happy here

Very toxic environment. The management does not care about the wellness of employees. They put all kind of undue pressure and stress on employees and call it coaching. You are yelled at, intimidated and made to feel bad on everything and anything via online meet ups. No scope for advancement, bad insurance, no job security.

This company is more than just a place to work. It's a community, a sanctuary and a catalyst for a personal and professional growth. I'm grateful to be a part of such a compassionate company and I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone seeking a workplace that has healthy work environment.

Colleagues are very helpful and will never hesitate to lend a helping hand. The company has grown so much and there are a lot of opportunities. Work from home set up is great and there is a weekly event in the office.
