What is the best part of working at the company?
Fair compensation in sales, unreachable sales targets. They pívot quickly which is good if you land on the direction of the turn. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The c-suite does not involve themselves with employees and sit in an “ivory tower”. Leaving employees scrambling with unrealistic goals and changing direction. The current interest rate and bond rate make it stressful for employees and customers.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture is great, they have done a solid job building a young and inclusive workforce.  Hours are reasonable. Only cultural issue is the “ivory” tower the executives confine themselves to. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
In sales it is a lot of outbound calls. Make sure to log all activity in the CRM as they gauge performance more from that than actual numbers.

This company plays a lot of mind games. Pay is low. Free food, drinks, games etc. do not make up for lower pay. The company had so much opportunity to be amazing but the senior management and executive team is all over the map. The direction changes monthly, they do not take things like  harassment seriously, executives will trash talk people to their employees, management team is lacking experience and zero career development for those who want it. Its really unfortunate because there are some great people there they just fall short all around. 

I was here for a summer job, so I didn't have long at the company. However, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the employees working here. It was special in that although people were focused on their tasks and could do work efficiently, they were also approachable on nearly any topic you could throw at them. People here are not arrogant and know what is expected of them both as a worker and as a person. Even as a student, I felt I could talk to senior management and executives easily. 

My experience at the company no issues, however the team I  directly work with in the deskside support. Was horrible, there was no training involved.  I worked extra hours without being paid OT even though my manager said he would put it.  I asked for guidance and training and I was ignored.  Not to mention any of my opinion did not seem to.matter to my manager or team.  I informed my manager about a person issue and soon after I was released.  I wouldn't work here or recommend anyone working here

I joined Financeit not too long ago and have had a great experience thus far.
The HR team really put a lot of work into creating a positive Employee Experience. Some of the perks include yoga, reimbursement for lifestyle expenses, flexible policies for employees who want to work from home, Kitchen with snacks and coffee etc 
My coworkers were very welcoming and helpful during my onboarding. 
The people are really fun and hard working.
I am very optimistic about the future here :))

I transitioned to this role internally, after working in a different department for around 3 years. During that time, my manager was incredibly supportive of me developing my skills and planning my career.

Now a typical day is fully of meetings, requirement gathering, and planning strategic initiatives. 



I love working at Financeit. The working culture is by far the best, period. Everyone is super supportive, friendly, engaging and this is top down. Everyone is approachable and really makes you feel like part of the community. Lots of fun company events, and employee engagement initiatives. I like that they strive to be the best. 

Every day I get to wake up and help other businesses achieve success, however that's defined by them and we get to help customers purchase the things they want to / need to purchase. We do this by offering the most innovative technology, the best platform, we have the best people and we offer the best service. 

Our environment is inclusive and positive, our team is driven, and the pay/benefits are great. 

I used to work here and I honestly loved my time at Financeit! I had great coworkers, I had the opportunity to grow individually (shadow other departments, do side projects), and there was great work-life balance (9-5 standard). The only thing is that compensation could be higher.
