What is the best part of working at the company?
The support. It doesn't matter which department you work in you always have a team behind you.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Covering for vacation. Everyone understands that you can only do as much as you can do so, if it gets too much you can ask for help and your team is there 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very inclusive and collaborative 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day is busy. Advisors deal with a lot of clients and we deal with a lot of advisors but it helps the day go by and you feel very accomplished at the end of each day

The typical day started with reviewing new financial solution or products and sending and receiving emails.
Making phone calls or preparing for an appointment took another half of the day.

Great place to work as long as you're reporting to the right people.. but I guess that applies for all companies.
Do I recommend it? Yes!

Though a lot of restructuring have started to take place so I am not sure how it's going to look a year down the road.

They provide lots of training and opportunity to grow your own business. They leave you alone to build your own brand but offer support when needed. They process applications and paperwork in a timely manner

Good place to work. Great people and very supportive. Great opportunities for advancement in a positively challenging environment. People make the company .

It was good and kind environment. Everybody was motivating and energetic. I learned a lot of skill set and knowledge working with that talented group.
