My immediate boss was very good for me.
The customers can be extremely terrible people and will blame you, the receptionist for there vehicle not being completed and they can be very very rude that part is very difficult to deal with.
There is a lot of backstabbing going on between employees along with some extremely miserable people working there
There is not very much collaboration among the employees that work there because they all think their way is the best way.

Was misled from the beginning applied for lube tech job but was actually to take care of tire storage. Didn’t get into shop job until 4 months after start 
Recipe for failure management constantly pulling junior staff off of jobs to do other tasks. That is right now not after you finish what you are working on.  Promises of advancement not followed through.

This workplace is very organized and schedule orientated. I like to think of their dealership as a well oiled machine, as in if any part (department) is missing then functionality becomes an issues. They have a good reputation for a reason.

One of the worst upper managements I have ever experienced in my life, long hours, bad compensation, no thanks for extra effort or above and beyond work. They love to remind you that you are replaceable. Management would constantly make false promises and tell you what ever you want to hear. I would not recommend this job to anyone!!

Financial agreements and sales for aftermarket products. Support is always there and team members are on board. Culture is great. Hours are not flexible, as the job is required when the customer comes in the door.

If you don’t care about mental health I suggest submitting a resume. This was the absolute worst place to work, absolutely zero management. Complete chaos and toxic working environment. Apply at your own risk.

To many people telling u what to do that contradicts what someone else says lack of training other then that friendly staff lots of hrs free lunches on saturdays

Horrible boss. free pizza and wings if you work on saturday. Loved workng here as most of the employee's are good except the managment could use some serious work.

Great people, great morals and values and great customer and employee appreciation as well as service with plenty of room to grow further within the company.

Moving vehicles all day aswell as detailing, maintaing the lot and doing odd jobs Pretty much the jack of all trades for the dealership. Very fast paced.
