Definitely rewarding for the hard work you put in. Pay is great and benefits are awesome. Guys you work with are great and teach you everything you need to know about Sprinkler Fitting. But you won’t last long if you aren’t keeping up with the pace of work. Need to be strong and can work hard under pressure when boss is around. Need to be able to take criticism and work as hard as you can to improve yourself. If you are in the way or cost company time you will be released. 

I had an awesome boss in portables, but the owners and most of the other management were terrible.  Lots of stress in other departments.  A bunch of people left at the same time

The hours are reasonable and the staff and management team is always around to provide assistance. The only downside is it is a fairly conservative environment and you will be made fun of relentlessly if you have liberal tendencies or vote a certain way.

Great workplace with friendly co-workers and management. Clean and safe work area ensuring all workers are working in a safe environment. Definitely recommend fire protection to anybody looking for a good job.

Office adiminstration environment is very toxic. I hope the technicians and service department aren't as bad. No mentoring or advancement. Lots of gossip and being treated like children. 

We went up north to work a job that was supposed to take us 4 turn arounds, we finished the job in one turn around. Then came home on Dec 22 to be played off due to lack of work.

Friendly staff and team members! We have great supervisors, we put on staff parties, and we keep up with current industry standards, too! I'm proud to be part of the team!

Good place that challenges your skills and provides a good wage.  Learn fire alarm systems and dealing with people, all while staying on a pre determined schedule

no too bad pay. personal owned company. supervisor worked there long time and nice to technician. mostly working in the town.
