Tough job but suits a certain kind of person to a degree. Stressful, unhealthy and poorly paid work for what it is - a skilled and responsible position with potentially big consequences if things go wrong. You have to give a lot. Great rapport with great colleagues and somewhat rewarding at times but some abuse at others. Frustrating.

Poor management team, lack of communication, low staff moral, no recognition from management, always being pestered to work rest days or do extra hours for little or no reward, will only progress if your face fits

They invite you in with alot of promises that are not all they seem. You jump through hoops get shafted after the hoops customers are full of abusive contents not respectful to you as a driver nor the companies vehicles. The job destroys families.

Management are clueless about the corniche roads and even more clueless about rotas. Drivers support each other as managers couldn't care less. Kiss your social goodbye and try not let the public get to you as the higher ups will believe the public over you every time

A good company to work for. No two days the same. When everything is running its good but when it can and does go wrong ie rta brakedowns staff sickness. It can become a challenge but rewarding
