Micro management and lots of reports. Restrictive work environment. High pressure.lots of politics to deal with.  Perception is everything vs facts are less important.

Good management, nice people, management cares their employees and provide training often. Good working environment and flex hours too. Working hours are fair.

Good workplace. Lots to learn and gain experiences in the field of managing multiple commercial buildings. Good co workers who helps you and guide you.
