The FNHA is responsive to suggestions for change and open to improvement. Everyone works hard and cares about the work. Leadership is humble, encouraging, appreciative and dedicated. Leaders across the 4 pillars have integrity, experience, courage and strength, often carrying out multiple tasks while under considerable scrutiny and time pressure, especially during multiple pandemics. 

Out of all organizations I worked for so far FNHA is the worst one! Incapable, inexperienced management flaunting their big (really big) egos every single meeting. Red tape, big words from CxOs and VPs about wellness but in reality toxic culture everywhere. Lots of hidden agenda, lack of transparency (substituted with slogans) never ending fight for power to control budgets. It's like having a 5 year old child managing you.

Generally speaking it’s a great group of Indigenous staff looking to administer health care in a positive manner. 

A good balance of work and life with minimal stories of toxic managers. 

Pretty toxic culture, otherwise awesome communities, moral distress from silos of teams and realities of disparity from city vs remote communities needs for wellness, funding needs to go back to where it’s needed most

I've been with FNHA for a short while, I've been supported very well as I've transitioned into my position and really enjoy working with my team.

Everyone is very nice and have been able to access resources to perform my job duties

the best manager, very understanding. worked 9-5 everyday throughout the week, i learnt new office skills. learnt how to communicate and get out of my comfort zone, travelled to community and back home. I loved the big cacus events they had. 

I was part of FNHA when it was newer and a bit more turbulent. The volume of work is high but the people are great. Turnover with management is a struggle but overall this was a good place to work with good pay and benefits.

Awesome place to work, everyone is accommodating and caring, good pay, relaxed union environment, good leadership and support hard working coworkers and responsible staff

Good benefits, flexible work from home schedule.
Pay is okay, but not many options for promotions or to move internally 
Management is generally supportive
