This employer consistently refuses to pay overtime and forces guards to work exhausting 14-16 hour shifts. They also reduce pay rates below the agreed amount after hiring, showing complete disregard for employee well-being. There's no work-life balance, and management is unresponsive to concerns. It's an exploitative and toxic work environment that undervalues its staff. Avoid working here if you value fair treatment and respect.

At one of their site I was hired as security supervisor I was not given a lunch break or a break. They have and make contracts with mentally ill and challenged people who take complete advantage of guards and supervisors. I  still have enouf proof as written down and in vedios to back up my comments. I suggest people to stay away from this company. Complete headache not worth your time 

In depth security training for first aid, CPR, and use of force.
Reliable scheduling managers. Company offer great benefits without waiting out waiting out probation period.

They provide wonderful career growth opportunities.
They are flexible with days off.
They appreciate  your hard work.

What is the best part of working at the company?
They hired for 19.50 then after two weeks said it was by mistake and we can only pay 17/hr. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The shift are way too long and they don't even pay overtime.

Protect building from illegal entry
Manage requests for access to unit for maintenance or inspections
Monitor and report incidents, often with CCTV 
Phone enquiries
Log books, guest room and party room bookings
Monitor and report maintenance requirements

Excellent Company The H R Staff and Management Staff are very helpful. Employees who work with First security are all happy to go to work.I recommend this company
