If at all they had good salary I would not had the intension of leaving, it is a very good company to work with I have acquired a lot of skills and certificates as the company provide education for there employees.

First quantum needs to improve in areas of benefits for employees as well as salaries. Most international companies are paying about 28-38 Us dollars per hour while at first quantum minerals its about 2.4 Us dollars per day.

It's really a good company though the salary was not covering my programes and projects at work.i learnt alot especially safetywise and pushing to meet the target and I really enjoyed working with fqm minerals.i got more experience 

First Quantum offers an open work environment to take on new challenges and work with operations directly. The structure is direct and thin allowing for business to get done quickly.

its a great experienced to work with first quantum company..meet new people from other part of the world and to work in a mining company is a new site for me...
