Company has poor values, and ethics. Prepare to just be another number. Operations have very minimal experience and continuously change producers every so often without giving staff a chance to adapt. 

EXTREME favouritism from HR to the upper management, unfortunately this is what happens when “Professionalism” is removed from a companies ethics. HR and upper management find ways to cut statutory holidays, and force employees to come in without pay. Because that is what they do in “Quebec” 

If your starting out in the collision industry subpar company to get into for basic experience, operations team are also new with minimal shop experience so it goes hand in hand.  

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not much to say here my experience was a lot of promises and not much follow through on thier part

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There was not much oversight and no training for any staff - they all had to learn on the fly. - staff turnover at corporate was rampant and needed tasks had to be monitored and re-requested an avrage of three separate time before they would tell you to try to do it yourself 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Things were kept from each employee- bonuses were never given out and reasons for that could never be given- even though they were deserved- by the numbers. There was always an expense added on that had nothing to do with the shops performance

Working at Fix Network has been an amazing experience that provides employees with a flexible work environment and a unique sense of career fulfillment when overcoming both our day-to-day tasks, and intrieguing challenges.

The industry as a whole is large, and the network we're involved in provides me with an opportunity to interact with a huge cast of individuals, putting all my communication skills to the test.

Respect is something that I truly feel is engrained as a core value within Fix Networks culture, which serves as an incredible foundation for every associate. There also seems to be many opportunities for career growth within the company, and I can't wait to see where I may be 5, 10, or even 15+ years from now.

From the lowest position to the highest upper management position, not a single person is on the same page. Excessive disconnect from management to employees. Bottom of the barrel staffing with no onboarding. Great benefits but that's all you can look forward to.  The amount of money this company wastes by pretending it can present itself as a real collision industry partner is a joke to say the least. Stay far far away from this company unless you can make ur way into upper management and if so enjoy the ride while you wait for your termination. 

Management and Supervisors are not reliable. They cannot be trusted. They will do everything to discourage you if they don't like you. They are not good guides. They are misleading. Cannot rely on their training. If they don't like you, consider you are out and never even think about coming back to this company. They will neither never welcome you back. There is no advancement in Fix Network, you will always stay where you are. And, they go to an extreme extent to discourage you in your job. The managers are like invisible or do not even exist. So if you have any work issues with your head of department, there won't be anyone to help you out and know that you will have to leave the workplace.

I've worked for novus for 2 years 
And it was honestly great reason I left was only because of covid and being laid off 
Would of stayed there for alot longer if covid never happen 
They helped with my skills and was very supportive with my life and gave me time off when every I asked 
And they pay was beyond fair 
The shop I was in everyone was a friend 
They stuck to there word everytime 
And myself and the company worked through some of the differences we had in the beginning 
Yes I would go back if I had too very good company

No salary delayed. Complete benefits 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing is stressful aside from the co worker sometimes misunderstanding but tolerable.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very reliable and easy to contact the HR department.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Monday.but sometimes there’s no job due to less car coming in.

I have been with Fix Network since 2019 and this is the best to work for. Lots of opportunities for growth. Great team environment, you will receive a lot of training to improve your skill sets. Excellent work-life balance. Great benefits!

Lack of organization.
Manager thinks he's the only one that knows how to work. 
No encouragement at all. 
If you're sick they want you to go anyways, complaints about goals.

Opportunity to learn and grow. Management prioritizes promote from within when possible so there is a lot of room for development and very real possibilities to evolve.
