I get up at 5 am in the morning and get picked up. head out and get to work site set up signs by 7 am. control traffic around the workers. finish the day around 6 pm and pick up signs. Head home and do it all over again. the hardest part of our job is making sure everyone is safe and being alert at all times. the enjoyable part of my job is keeping a smile on all day

LIKED THE JOB-LONG BORING AT TIMES BUT PEACE FULL-WORKED DAYS EVENINGS AND OVER NIGHT DID A STRETCH 20+DAYS NO DAYS OFF WORKED A 24H STRAIGHT SHIFT SEVERAL 12H+ SHIFTS MONEY WAS GREAT $16.00H $24.00H OVERTIME WORKED IN THE COLD THE HEAT REALLY LOOKING FOR A JOB ASAP.

this job was great and get long hours and over time the pay is very good depends on the company and your exp

typical day at work consisted of directing traffic and got along well with all co-workers.  I enjoyed working outside.  I learned about safety and the Boss was easy to get along with all the workers liked him.

I was a flag girl stood on the side of the road stayed alert and controlled traffic kept all the co-workers safe.

All the employees and management were amazing and an amazing group of people to work with. And they have taught me a lot about safety and roadwork! It was always fun to be at work

Working 7am to 5pm everyday plus drive time, makes for long days and leaves very little time to do house chores and spend time with family. I do enjoy working outside however.

We would work 16 hour days on our feet all day with no breaks, had to go to the bathroom in the bush, management and supervisors were rude and not understanding.

to be honest i didn't work for this company i just took my flag training for border paving so i could go out on the highway crew and pave, but my training was awesome

Hello I am going to say even if I was working I still had good time. I am always would like to go back to work with safty frist flagging. I lovw the hours and the team's.
