there's a lot I can say about this place and the people that work there. being over minded as a minority. and telling management that I was being bullied out of a job, and dealing with in your face anti-Semitic remarks about my race and back ground. Management did nothing so I quit.

Everyone is great to work with. My supervisor is always informative , encouraging and easy going.

Based on my work experience as a welder , the starting wage just doesn't cut the mustard. They should base the starting wage to the work experience of the  employee. My starting wage should have been 23 an hour.

people were good to work for very accommodating always helping. always trying to make sure you did a different job every day. good at teaching different parts of the assembly process


The work wasn't very hard, mostly heavy lifting took a toll on my body. Assembly was easy and never had a set quota. Shear was a good place to work and used more skills than assembly. Overall I enjoyed working here.

good attendance important due to weekly push to be painted. Random days off are not good, jobs are not finished, someone else has to finish it for weeks end. 

People you work with are nice and the management is relaxed and understanding. Work is interesting and steady, plus you get over time during the busy season if you're a productive member of the team. Definitely a great place to work.

I enjoy my job at Flagro and love that I am still learning new things 5 years later. Our employer cares about his people if they care about their jobs and the company.

Working in a manufacturing setting with metal.  Good place to work, steady hours and overtime if you want it.  The supervisors are great and most of the people you work with are good.  

Supervisors are great, work gets repetitive.  Good pay after you prove yourself.  Good group of people to work with dor the most part.  Definitely have had worse jobs in the past
