Overall, my experience had several challenges.
Management often felt disorganized, and responsibilities were unevenly distributed—those who were more capable often found themselves carrying a disproportionate load.
Compensation was below industry standards.
There are definitely good people here—plenty, in fact—but the leadership approach sometimes lacked structure. For example, on my coworker’s first day, a manager dropped two procedures on his desk, said “good luck,” and walked out. That moment, to me, reflects the broader experience I had.

Hours at Fleet are super and more logical than many other work places.
Learned to work together in a team and lots of quality assurance techniques.
Management helps a lot and tries to keep on top of everything
Workplace is safe physically and mentally, workers are accustomed to each other.
Hardest part of the job is to manage and coordinate outdated files on servers, this is slowly getting much better with many new implementations to improve efficiency. 
Working with my coworkers and finishing a project that takes months to implement if not years. Very happy when something like that is finished. The company identifies hard working people when they see it and acknowledges it.

Great place to work.

a typical day at work is listening to the employees backstab, moan and complain, and stand around with their finger up their butt. Management is no better , and NOT qualified for the positions they hold. Workplace culture is very unhealthy and morael is very low. Most employees hate working there and , honestly from the moment they start their shift , just complain, complain,complain about everything and everyone. Lots of tattling and watching your every move to catch you doing something wrong.  Hardest part of the job, was going into work. Easiest part of the job was leaving there

Can not trust the management.  they are just there to make money not make it easier for the employees to help make them money.

Management does not listen to anyone.  they do what they want and then blame the employees when it does not work

There is no real upside to working at fleet canada

Unrealistic deadlines laid out by incompetent upper management. Pass the buck mentality by superiors and a below industry standard pay scale

Poor culture cultivated by terrible management

Working Monday to Friday morning shifts

Going into work doing absolutely nothing for days and days.

Getting paid to do nothing all day.

A great place to work close to home, Very friendly workers and they do there best to make you feel excepted as family.   Need to attain more work to sustain a good work environment. 

"Union" mentality, disorganized, average age of 70, lack of work load, or future prospects of work. 

Extremely top heavy company. With roughly a 3:1 manager to worker ratio.

The culture is improving. Great coworkers and room to grow/move up. I feel valued and supported most of the time. 
There have been some poor hires in management. Strong management is needed with the huge increase in workforce


Job is challenging and forces me to look at every job through a fresh lens. 
New projects call for new processes and methods.
Finding quality candidates has proven challenging.
