My time at FHC has been incredibly rewarding. Frontline teams, working alongside senior leadership, have been key in driving structural and systemic changes. The most enjoyable part of the job is to see how happy the employees are after I have solve the problem they were having, they thank me many times and i'm the first one for them to call on whenever a problem arises. I also feel overwhelmed because sometimes its a problem that's new to me but after trouble shooting, reading manuals and use of experience I'm able to solve the problem and motivate me to continue facing new challenges and ways to overcome them.

I would not recommend this workplace; it's been over 10 years and staff turnover is very high and only getting worse.  don't care about staff with children and needs.  mis-management of funded money.  Nepotism at it's best.  Do not work for this organization!!

Very tiring day, volunteering at a children's camp, working with kids ages 8-14. Kids usually do different activities throughout the day, my job is to engage with the kids through the activities and make them feel like they belong and appreciated. Overall, experience of a lifetime.

It was a great place to work. It helped me grow in my career and I would be willing to go back under their request. I worked with multiple cultures and gain valuable knowledge as well and learning about people with disabilities and teaching them how to cope.

I worked at the Fairview site. Team is great. Good work life balance. Compensation is typical of any CHCs. Policy around PD funds and health benefits don't kick in until 6-12 mos of work if you are on contract. 

My role at Flemingdon Health Centre was a great learning experience as a new graduate. I was able to learn how to develop programming and was able to utilize the facilitation skills I learned.

Friendly family atmosphere, very different to anywhere else I've worked. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and make the role your own,  good atmosphere with an amazing people around

Very nice team work, Enjoyable with clients and coworkers. Good music and good exercises for all. Peaceful and welcoming environment. Very good management.

Good place nice people and the atmosphere are so good you can have fun with doctor and other stuff around are so friendly I'm at this position just 3 month and I'm liked
