What is the best part of working at the company?
They are fair and communicate changes very well. The pay is good and health benefits start the same day you do. They also have matching RRSP contributions.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The change in shifts. In 4 months I will have had 4 different shift changes. They are moving to a system where employees will have the same shift for three months. As with most call centers there is a daily, stressful, emphasis on KPI's. There is a quarterly bonus & annual bonus but difficult to achieve

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They are still fine tuning some of their systems. The culture is open & welcoming to suggestions from the front line employees

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Taking multiple calls from clients answering questions about their statements, promotional plans, changing personal information, determining next steps

Overall, this is a great company to work for. Leadership is reasonable and is doing a lot to make the employee experience better. The best qualities are the people are amazing (fun, supportive, and helpful), the work from anywhere policy is great, and there are endless learning opportunities. Compensation is also competitive.

I'd say some of the challenges are it is growing fast and things can be chaotic at times, but I wouldn't say it's much different than any other company. Additionally, there is a tendency to bite off more than the org can handle which can lead to a strain on resources/people, but leadership is fair in recognizing this and has deprioritized in the past, which is something you don't see too often. 



The training staff are amazing however this company is very disorganized and they offered one set of hours before training then after they demand you start when they say, As a business i completely understand but as a mother it is disappointing. I would not have created a relationship if I had known from the start these were the requirements. I asked particular questions so I can base my decisions accordingly and make the right choice.  So If you are a flexible individual with no major responsibillties or obligations, this may be the place for you.  I started out in a pod with 22 reps now there are only 10. Turn over is high, now I understand why. 

Newer employee to Flexiti, however, as a person that places personal value on their output they can generate in a workplace Flexiti is an amazing place to be.  

Work is regularly assigned and has a very specific benefit to the company once its completed. We do not focus on any non-value added work and there is a jump right in and start mentality which I love.  Not leaving a need unaddressed for months while we plan how to fix it. We just get in and relieve the pain. 

The management and extended team are supportive and available, which is critical to getting sign off and guidance on keeping things moving. Loving it so far!

Flexiti's people are fantastic. There's been no shortage of learning opportunities at Flexiti - with high exposure to interesting problems across all levels of the org. Flexiti's leadership team has placed a strong focus on building the necessary infrastructure and investing in the right resources to take us from a start up to a scale up. Flexiti is a team of incredible people, who work incredibly well together. Ambitious goals, but balanced with lots of fun.  It is truly a flexible culture.  Our fast growth creates lots of opportunity to stretch yourself professionally and grow. Perfect place if you are a self starter that doesn't shy away from the chance to try something new. 

Fast growth can sometimes mean our processes aren't as defined but there is lots of work happening to support our growth. 


What is the best part of working at the company?
The help from HR  head office. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
To get a quota accomplished in the time allocated. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
At times stressful. They are very critical of your work. Others that know more about the work, will not share any info into how to gain speed in doing tasks.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was going to a construction site and installing parts of a nurse call.

I have nothing positive to say about this company.

They are basically treating their employees lives slaves however they make themselves sound like the perfect place to work...

More like the perfect trap, paying a lil above Average.

Hours of work are ridiculous to say the least.

Management more than likely got their education & unrealistic idea of treating their employees unfairly.

The work environment feels like you are in a remote digital penal colony.



Flexiti  takes the time and effort to provide extensive training.  After the initial training program there is lots of support to assist new employees with any issues. Flexiti offers a competitive wage, you get to work from home and they provide you with all your computer equipment. Flexiti  offers several benefit packages to chose from after probationary period and they have RRSP contributions as well.  If you are looking for an Account Specialist Position and looking to work from home suggest you apply at Flexiti.

Pay is okay but not worth staying long term, unpredictable schedule, training process was not the best you'll have to learn as you go. Virtually you get no vacation/sick days off. Management is horrible. They will ask you to do more work requirements due to lack of staffing from other departments. Good company to work for short term and gain some experience to have on your resume. Be aware they have a high employee turn over rate because people don't last due to nature of the job as it can get stressful at times.
