This companies only pro is that they understand you have a life outside the company. The management there is by far the worst I have ever seen and they will constantly lie to you about everything. They will lie at you pay rate upon hire and then tell you that you are getting a raise to the one mentioned during the hiring process at 3 months and then go back on that too. They will say benefits at 3 months but refuse to give it to you until 5 months. On top of it all they practice some very shady business and push you to do some illegal things in order to cut corners and save money. I would not recommend to anyone.

Really sucked to see their hiring and never called me back worked there for almost 3 months was good work but said they had to lay me off because their was not enough work and guess they never called back worked through temp agency they were supposed to make decision to hire me on when they gave bonus to employees  gave me money in envelop from owner made me feel like part of the team really loved that job would have stayed there for long time clearly not trust worthy place 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Working on time and able also to adapt new challenges when I came first time is so hard but later on all is running good.

If there's a lot of orders needed to chase all.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's Friday because it's very good to be home

I start work at 8a.m,pick up my job order for the day and start putting them together.I learnt about the products and how they were been made,the management wasn't that organize and my co-workers were nice people to work with,the hardest part of the job was when i had to off load a full truck of products.The most enjoyable part of the job was when i sit down with my co-worker for lunch,they crack a lot of jokes.

Great Job, load your truck then leave for the day. I would go to Stratford, London, St Thomas, Aylmer, Tillsonburg and Simcoe..

Was a bit tricky in the winter but in the summer it was great...I'd love to go back...

Learned a lot about cleaning products, equipment and the various solutions Flexo provides for their customers. Internal training is excellent, environment is collaborative. Would recommend to others. Most enjoyable part of the job is lunch and learns.

The new supervisor at afternoon shift dont care about you,or his safety, bad example and more work and also talk during working hours. He have a small patience specially during training session and have a bad mouth and attitude.

As a dz delivery driver I had so many good experience.
But you must have reponsibility for the daily task and try to get work done. No one bothers you if you do your job.

good group of guys to work with. the work was steady and could be fast pace at times, I disliked working and handling chemicals all day every day. all and all it is a good place to work.

Had so much fun from day one, I was selling Karcher pressure  washer and was hired because of my plumbing background,  which I like keeping connected to also
