This company started off good with a much more positive work environment. However over the years it turned sour really quickly. There is no HR to voice real concerns. Executives have a closed door attitude, and if you dare knock on it you will get a dirty look! Communication is non existent. They are hardly at the office for full days, sometimes for weeks at a time. This makes it really hard to approach them about anything. Employees dont get rewarded for their hard work as much as one would like. A lot of our good developers and managers have left due to this negative environment. Any good reviews you read are people who were paid to write them, dont believe it. A lot of the girls in recruiting are negative talking drama starters, it's annoying. Its unfortunate but I had respect for this company, now it seems none of the upper management care about their employees anymore. It's a sinking ship!!

Getting hired was one of the best things that happened to me, after working at another travel agency that abused and over worked every employee this was a dream come true. I thank every manager & CEO who's given me a chance to move up within the company, grow as an individual & understand every aspect of the company. 

In just less then 1 year I've been recognized for my hard work and dedication which has resulted into switching departments, multiple trainings on improving and more possible opportunity. 

They really care for their employees, free coffee, free gym membership at one of the best gyms, weekly fresh fruits, snacks, monthly lunch's for everyone's birthday, they pay a part of your monthly opus card as well. These things are just one of many that other companies don't do for their employees.

Momentum is a company that wants to live up to other Tech company standards, but it simply doesnt. Management needs to re assess their priorities. They have a frat boy mentality and have no clue how to manage teams. Communication is poor amongst everyone, nobody wants to take responsibility when things go wrong. It truly is a child like mentality environment. Very frustrating to work in ! There is no HR to confide in, and the girls who claim to be "HR" have no clue what they're doing or saying. You wont be taken seriously by upper management, seems like some of them dont even care about their own jobs which makes it hard for me to care about mine. Total disappointment!

I loved working here at first, great manager, fun people, super nice environment with all the perks! Insurance, Gym, Birthday Lunches, Game Room, Retreats....the best! We were QA Analysts for a fresh new software, and once we figured out all the kinks, our WHOLE department was dumped right before we hit our 1 year contract without any warning in sight. Imagine thinking you are part of something spectacular for almost a year, with people you think actually care about each other, then the rug gets pulled right under you. It's a boys club at the top, and unless you are part of it, your job probably isnt safe. Sad....had so much Momentum 🤣

Extremely collaborative and fast-paced, FlightHub is one of the best workplaces I've had the chance to experience. Everyone collectively pushes each other to do better and as a result everyone is highly motivated. The team is handpicked to reflect the company's values: energetic, friendly, helpful, intelligent, dedicated, synergistic, and so much more. Management is beyond supportive and the "open-door policy" isn't just a nice idea but is put into practice on a daily basis.

Been working here for a couple of months now, and it's been an incredible couple of months. FlightHub prides itself in having an informal atmosphere which results in lots of transparency from employees, managers, directors, and even executives. This atmosphere creates a supporting environment with extra motivation for everyone to perform to the best of their abilities, which ultimately, results in greater performance of the company. 
Furthermore, FlightHub takes care of it's employees through team lunches and other fun things.

Great Ambiance, no red tape, fast growing, tons of challenges and opportunities, awesome colleagues. Everybody is highly motivated, sky is the limit! Going forward communication will be important as the company scales, as well as keeping a continued culture of quality people and work.

I had been employed with FlightHub for almost two years now in their international office. My coworkers displayed the company's values of hardwork, passion, integrity, and expertise in their chosen fields. Upper management very hands-on helping all employees from different departments achieve their career goals and grow with the company. All the fun extras, great pay, and incentives add to the work environment and inspire all to continue professional development with them.

So far during my experience, what struck me the most is having management that understands that not everyday you can bring in your 100% and they don't overly push you. A lot of companies I have been at don't have that comprehension. You work with very smart individuals where everyone is passionate about what they do. In my case, my field of work is my passion and I get to do just that at FlightHub.

I have worked for Momentum for over two years and I`m still loving my workplace, the culture and the people.
