FlightLine Golf Inc. is not your typical company. They have a fantastic workplace culture and the team here is great. I enjoy coming to work each day and getting to "hang with my buddies." Everyone has an opinion and the company truly believes in constant feedback and continuous improvement. The hardest part of the job is the fluid nature of the industry working outdoors, you really need to be able to roll with the punches and adapt quickly under changing circumstances. The best part of the job is the team! We are a group of like-minded individuals, with similar fundamental values and beliefs and together we pull through whatever challenges are thrown our way. When you can work through one 'heck of a day' and still plan to get the group together for a BBQ after work, you truly know you're in the right place with the right people.

This job wouldn't have been that bad if management ever had the backs of their employees. Sure it's "10" hours but it's often 6 days a week as well. There isn't a moment when insults aren't being hurled at you. You would leave for work before 6am and on more then one occasion wouldn't be home until 7pm and don't get paid for most of the drive time. If you like working hard, honestly it's great for equipment experience. That's about it though.

FlightLine Golf Inc. opened up more doors for me than I can count. The opportunities within this company are endless! This is what I love most about my day. I enjoy coming to work because I have the freedom to explore avenues most companies would consider "a waste of time and money". Everyone here is open and honest and above all treats each other with respect. We are all different and have our own unique talents and abilities and at FlightLine Golf, they thrive on showcasing each and everyone for their individuality and strengths.

They treat their employees like garbage.

High stress levels with zero positive feedback. Always being yelled at

Awful. They only care about making money for themselves. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wake up at 5am and don’t get back home til 7pm some days

The people you work with and company culture are a huge part of what makes a place a great place to work. Since I started almost 1 year ago, everyone has always been welcoming and inclusive! The company places a huge value on its people, safety, and constant feedback for development and improvement. I love that I'm always learning something new from everyone and that everyone's voice has a say in company decisions, big and small!

Flightline golf has an amazing work culture/environment. Management is great. They really strive to put you in a place where you can succeed. The company has provided me with advancement opportunities and a positive work environment while learning new skills and valuable life experiences.

I thoroughly enjoy working at Flightline. They treat you very well and the work is physically and mentally challenging yet rewarding. It’s a great work environment for learning new hands on skills and also machine operating. There is a warm family company culture and the staff is very inviting.

Our 10 hour work days were made worse by the 4 hours of travel everyday to and from Toronto.  We weren't paid for our travel time and the boss of the company is a hot head, who doesn't really appreciate those around him.

I have no time to work for a person I can't respect.

I worked with flightline for this last season as a landscape tech and its a great company to work for, they offer advancement opportunities and and fair wages. Coworkers are all amazing and make work enjoyable!

Love working for FlightLine Golf! The current staff and ceo are very easy to get along with, and are focused on retaining Good employees ! Overall a very fun work environment !
