A very poor place to work. No flexibility, micromanagement, rude owner, and much more. Cannot comment enough on how bad it is.
Non management staff are lovely.  Management is horrible. None of them know how to manage people, and everyone’s against each other. Very political environment. 

Either you are in or your out of the Management Circle, this place is family owned an operated by a family that does not get along.  The owner show way to much passion and a temper, seen co-workes be-littled because of this, which is wrong in any environment.  Wish there was a negative star rating.

* Received no training for the position, and was expected to figure procedures and processes out on my own
* Was told it was a part time job, but then expected to work 45 hour weeks
* Management was out of touch with day-to-day operations
* Very old school work mentality
* Not an overall welcoming atmosphere

Small company with very poor management, new employees are pushed very hard until they leave. Most new employees last 3 months to a year. Owner very aggressive and unprofessional, management members get paid ok and some know how to manipulate owner to their advantage.

A wholesale company with manufacturing exposure. 
New experience in this company:
 - I have learned the whole cycle of the payroll processing for salary and hourly workers under federal and provincial regulations.
- I have obtained practical experience in number of modules of MS Dynamics Navision software.

Great place to work.  Very safety oriented.  Excellent opportunity for a new driver to learn his trade. Dispatch very easy going and will work with you to make you comfortable

Lots of interaction between employees. Everyone helps each other. It has its challenges. They make you think about what you are doing. Always open to suggestions for changes and improvements.

One has their hand into many pots and shows no trust for anyone. Management does not know how to take care of keep their employees.  Stuck in to old ages, no motivation.
