-supervisors and upper management really don't care about how the job gets done ,expects the employee to fix all problems they encounter on the job without the aid of the supervisors or the Mechanics,they believe the less they hear about a problem with the machines the better.
A typical  day at work includes seeing the workers trying to fix any problems the machines may have technical or other wise,without the aid of the supervisor or the Mechanics, Any parts the MACHINES needs the owners feels is too expensive to buy so we have to make do,so a typical day we the employees have to find answers for ourselves.
-What i have learned is to lessen my high expectations of the company and learn to accept a lower expectations or no expectations at all.
-Hardest part of the job is when the bosses expect you to do something right away when they don't have the items you need or you are out of a marker or ink etc which they are suppose to be providing.
-most enjoyable part of the job is going home.
-Co-workers quit so often so i never get to know them .

A typical day at Cargill included 2 breaks and one lunch,3 rotating shifts,we were each given a order to pick,and the total pieces the best worker would pick on a given day was 1200 pcs,the actual job was lifting heavy totes of meat,and packed ten feet high,scanned by a scan gun,wrapping and loading finished skids into trailers.what have i learned?is how to work independently,being self motivated,being responsible,also using a scan gun.Management were always on hand and very hands on,co-works were from all cultures and made a very multi-cultured environment,the hardest part of the job was working in a 2 degree temp,so learning how to dress became very important,sometimes lifting very heavy items could lead to low back pain etc...the most enjoyable part of the job is gotta be the company paid for our steel toe shoes,two per yr,also our freezer coats of various types were covered by the company,we were also covered by health benefits,and the people we worked with were a good team work type people,we helped each other,this helped us make it through a long hard day.

Management lacks support as Employment benefits are concerned. Supervisors are not really trained to handle the operation, but most people are nice to work with. I usually do my own Organizational system to make my work easier. I just keep recommending that the Management can balance the Employee and the Company's well being.

It was a very wonderful experience working at Florentina Foods Ltd. The managers and supervisors take time out to know their employees and this gives you a drive to work harder. They make sure that safety rules are kept and hygiene practices met everyday, every hour.

Everyone is friendly, they all work togethor to achieve a goal CEO is the Best guy with best personality, everyone like working at this place but honestly i love it, i didnt gave the 5 star rating due to less pay and no benfits but still i love this job.

Good environment, nice employees although sometimes it’s so busy that you don’t have time to go for a break. Management are supportive and appreciative.

I recommend this company for looking for a cash job or a student looking for extra allowance; it's a friendly environment and friendly people the boss is fantastic and nice😉😊👍 best placed to work, awesome, 

Hired on salary never got salary  contact did state salary but paid me by hour.  waste to much starving people and they throw out tons of rice and noodles

Florentina Foods was a Great oppurtunity for me learn the work culture. The environment is fast paced and collaborative. Overall, It is a place which i can recommend to work in.

Florentina was an amazing job I have definitely learned more skillful attributes that I can use in my day to day life I’ll definitely recommend friends family and people to working at Florentina
