What is the best part of working at the company?
Lots of work no shortage of work and they pay good its easy work and if your comfortable working at hights  any hights . Certain jobs depending how many panels your installing wich determines how much wattage is for the job and thats how they pay 0.7 cents/kilowats it dont sound much but when your doing a job for 16,000 kwts x 0,7/kwts you do the math a good team can do 3 jobs like this in a good full day  if you ask me thats very lucrative in my opinion .. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Never know where your next job is or how youl get there and with what tools youl be doing the job with as they dont seem to grasp you need them if wanna make money you  gota spend money . 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Garbage . Managenent is very poor and guys turn on each other it seems the electricians knows it all and dontvwant to get theyre hand dirty or come up on the roof to help the installers the installers and electricians and foreman all get paid the same amount wich is fair if you carry with all an equal share of tge work load wich consist of several steps in the process from start to finish and bonuses if all done properly the first time up to 20% more bonuses .. its very lucrative but very kaotic if you ask me.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Its good till the electrician gets on the roof and the foreman does nothing at all till

Work environment is 6 days on - 1 day off for the full summer season.  You are travelling to different towns and cities and living in poor motels with at least two other people.

Pay is $200 upfront and you need to sell at least 50 contracts before your pay will go up to the $400.00 level.  Deducted from your pay if you miss collecting certain payment methods, activation, and working with point systems on alarms.

If you stay with the company you should get a backend check with remaining pay equaling $400.00/alarm. HOWEVER, you need to reach the minimum of 50 accounts to qualify.

Out of 50 people that started on our team 8 finished the season. Average income reported for the summer was around $12,000 for 4 months of work. (Season is MAY 1 - AUG 31)

If you work as a technician be prepared to do a lot of driving from job to job.  Most sales are reported in small communities and farms.  You will be driving your own vehicle and responsible for your own gas and wear and tear on your vehicle.

 Average techs make about $60.00 for a basic installation and can make more selling upgrades.  Overall most you can make on an install is around $100 with Fluent. factor in your expenses and it's considerably less.

Was a Customer Loyalty representative ended up quitting after a month.  The majority of training focused on troubleshooting products. What your job mostly consist of is convincing elderly customers not to cancel their accounts. I was routinely speaking to customers aged 80+ who had been conned into signing 5 year contracts they did not want nor understand. Salesman use predatory tactics to obtain contracts and it is the job of the Customer Loyalty Representative to keep them on the hook for their monthly bills. The "commission" is also highlighted in the training. What they don't tell you is that you will need to keep track of the products you sell on a shared excel file. You will only receive payment once the product is installed and tested which you will need to keep track of on your own time. You have 45 seconds after each call to notate the entire conversation, schedule any work that needs to be done and "take a breath". Trainers and job descriptions misrepresent that actual work. You basically need to throw your morals and ethics out the door to work there.

I was new to Canada and was looking for more opportunity. And that is exactly what I found. Opportunity is what you get with Fluent! A chance to make more money than you've ever done before, travel the country and make new friends. What more can you want, I was able to make 5 figure months and get paid upfront on everything. As with any commission based job, you get paid for how hard you work and why wouldn't you work hard if you can earn this type of money. 
Management is great and will always keep you motivated. The best part though is freedom. After one summer of hard work, I now have more capital than I did working full time and the freedom to do whatever I want for the rest of the year. 

A typical day of work for me starts with being 30 mins early because being on time means being late, I learned that the hard way. My days start by getting mentally or physically ready for everything that will be thrown towards me for me to solve it, then second I prepare by going over my schedule, figure out the best method so that everything can go perfect, proper, & professional. and last but not least "I get to work" depending on which ever position or whatever job I am employed for I extremely always put my %200 in it and nothing can stop me till my boss tell me so, I would be a great of great value to your family.

I made the leap in 2020 from a steady career as a carpenter to bring a direct sales rep with Fluent and I’m so glad I did. The opportunities are endless here and there’s no cap on my pay(unlike my previous jobs) which I love. They’ve taken me in like a family and offered ongoing support in helping me achieve my goals and overall success. This job requires you to be away from home for approximately 6 months out of the year. It does give you the opportunity to travel and see many parts of the country. This year alone has provided me the chance to work from Alberta to Newfoundland. The pay can be very very good and you are able to make a full years wages in 6 months if you are a quick learner and work hard. There are many difficulties and hardships to overcome in a normal day but it is very rewarding.

Working as a field service technician for fluent has been great, the company shows more care to their employees than any other job I've had. The benefits are good, salary is good especially with room for commission and overtime hours. You are on the road most of the time in between service calls, but normally home everyday as a service technician. 

This is a call centre and a lot of the opportunities begin at inbound calls. While there's an opportunity to sell additional equipment, there is no pressure to do so or quota to fill. It is very fast paced in the summer and moderately paced off-season. You will be twice as likely to get the job if you can be committed to work Saturday or Sunday. Relaxed atmosphere and co-workers, supportive managements, good benefits.

I truly learned the art of selling thru my time with Fluent. This is the best of the best , who last 5 years or more. I liked the fact that you are given clothing including shirts and jackets. There are always compitions. My team in second year won a wonderfull Caribbean cruise. As well, lots of g rest fun times like White Water Rafting.
