What is the best part of working at the company?
They let you do literally everything like it was your own company. You just get paid garbage to do it.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Complete disorganization from front to back, they never have material sorted out. You’re always running around gathering material and not getting paid hourly for doing it. Completely volunteered time and they say that what you make per install is enough to cover the time loss.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Disorganized. Sometimes it’s nice and easy and sometimes they don’t have a clue where the customers equipment even is.

No office no real structure above your management. Lure you in with pay but doesn't work how they say product structure does not work. Structured to pay you well after lengthly install times managers of your office will pocket 60%+ of commission if you leave. No support structure if you need help besides managers. Problem with managers? Too bad. Company over charges and pushes a close first sit mentality hoping to con the most gullible people into purchasing. Always problem when it comes to payday and managers will alter appointments in order to make their closing percentage better 

The work itself is great, enjoy the work itself & the guys I work with but the managers will consistently lie and gaslight you, write you up for things they tell you to do and change your pay scale without your consent. Do yourself a favour & go to a Canadian based company. Not one who overcharges their customers, has no office people or managers in Canada. There’s a reason they no longer install in the states. Look them up on google maps & read customer reviews

You will have your calendar filled with leads.

The company is greedy and way too overpriced for what they realistically offer.

The workplace is for hustlers but the culture is for small-minded people.

You will be charged for cancellations even if the company has a cancellation fee. 



The job itself is COMMISIONS ONLY. So if you're an honest person who wants to give good customer experience, then there's a good chance they won't pay you. 
Fluent is the classic embodiment of a greasy salesman where everything looks good in the front, but there's something shady and weird going on behind the scenes.

Imagine a world where you're surrounded by the smartest people in the industry and they're all willing to take what they know and give it to you, all while collecting a competitive salary and great benefits. That's Fluent Solar. 

Vicious company without care or compassion for customers and employees alike.  They engage contractors in very slanted contracts and then use extremely punitive legal measures on anyone who questions their business practices.

Make meetings mandatory and will NOT pay you for them. If you don’t show up for the unpaid meeting they will threaten your job. 

The pay is not worth it, they say you will make more then you ever will. 

They are litteraly a middle man gor techs so whe  things go wrong they have no clue and make you contact another company to get things fixed. Pay was decent and that's about it.

They treat employees well and offer them a chance to create a better economy for themselves. Hard workers and dedicated to their customers as well as their employees
