I worked for this Company for a couple of years. In my entire career this was the worst job. Management is clueless and completely incompetent, cannot make a decision, and anything decided one day is completely changed the next. 

So much disorganized people and not to mention people filling positions that have no experience in the field of work they were put in. Promotions go to the wrong people because they will play ball with management. 


Production Supervisors are totally incompetent and unprofessional; they have not any education or any technical experience, no people skills, lack in training for their product. 

Supervisor is only focus at their fast production, human resource is not visible. No employee employer relationship, no worker rights in there. All employees are treated like machines. All they care about is numbers and production. 

Unrealistic expectations on Company growth and vision. 

Very old systems and very old machineries, costly, time inefficient, reactive maintenance. 

Morale and job satisfaction are very low. 

The union is very weak. It is playing on both sides but mostly on Company favor. 

Don't seek employment with this company if you are looking for a long-term employment in cordial working environment.

The CEO has been promoting Happiness for the whole company, However, some lazy VPs, directors, managers, and supervisors do not want to learn the necessary technical skills and think that conceptual, interpersonal, and political skills are adequate to manage the company well. They are spending a lot of time on emails, meetings, and fancy reports.

Always an amazing time working at Foley's.
As an employee, I feel engaged with other employees, intrigued about the factory and manufacturing processes, and I feel welcomed by my co-workers.
Chocolate is so fascinating and you really have the friendliest people working here.
Management is helpful and you're able to approach them whenever you need to.

Most enjoyable part - sampling chocolate creations and learning how to make it!

No clear management organization. The maintenance mngr/spvr knows nothing. The maintenance group prefers easy and interim fix rather than long term solution. The machines were proof of how they work, pumps and mixers are leaking, daily downtimes of same issues. I felt not welcome to the group, the same reason why the person before me left the company as well.

The work is very fun and educational. Learning how to chocolates are made and how new products are introduced. Mixing and testing every product depending on what kind of product it is, is very interesting.

I worked here over a year now. All the staff are helpful and friendly. I learned alot working as a production worker. They gave gift cards, extra money for all hours worked last year (for covid), brought food trucks. They added lots of safety things for covid, daily checks, cleaning.  Need to give me bit more training when I started, had to ask questions.

Management does not bother about the well being of employees. Job responsibilities are added up without any right to refuse unsafe work. Some workers are really nice, some workers are very aggressive. 

I would not recommend working here, it was very stressful, emotionally exhausting, and demoralizing to see hard working production staff verbally abused on a daily basis by management.

I would not recommend anyone to work for this company.
All the "Positive" reviews on here for this company are fake and made by the management. 
They will take advantage of you, over work you, stress you out and threaten you. Wait around and ask workers finishing up they're shift.
