Upper management do not treat their employees well. The culture in the office is split between support staff and management and is an awful environment

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Employees expected to start 8am and end 5pm with 1x 30 minute break. Sick days are heavily discouraged

It is a good option to work for Fontaine Sante. It is a relaxed environment. The supervisors are friendly. They offer free coffee and products manufactured for the company.

I love working here. I have been working here for 10 years and had 3 promotions so far. Those who don’t get promotions are those who do not invest in their future.

The workplace is populated with friendly people. It can get hectic on busy days with people going to different sections (first production, second production and packaging) in order to lend a helping hand.

Being a demo person for them was a pleasant enough job and the company paid fairly well and gave me a lot of autonomy. I’d recommend working for them in that capacity. 

Enjoyed working, had a great communication with the drivers.
