What is the best part of working at the company?
Low stress, working alone, no one looking over your shoulder. Its a good part time job, as you can work it in with other jobs. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I would prefer to work in Toronto, but they still havent expanded to that area. hamiltion and Burlington are locations you may have to travel to. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Its pretty easy as long as you dont make a mistake. Like most companies

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
the job keeps me in shape. My health has improved a bit.

I was initially told a pay rate per box, but later on they managed to reduce it even more. Not worth of the car usage and driving stress.
The pay does not compensate for the costs of the car and the stress of driving and parking involved.
You can take a box of free vegetables and fruits every week, so that was positive.

No way to advance in the company and even when told you would have incentives for ideas and implementing of great tools, there is none. Lots of over working for very little pay. Management does not care about you and all the work you put into the company.  As long as they look good on the outside, they don’t care what happens on the inside. The place has really gone downhill…  

FoodFund is a quickly-growing earth and community-focused organization. They are highly focused on reducing food waste, starting with local customers and farmers and spreading their work and message nationally, hopefully globally. It is a team environment. Deliveries are done in your own car on your own. Management participates and everyone has a great time.

Started off with the first phone call the guy was grocery shopping, and talking to me and the person in the store:

I than came to work and there's no culture, they work you like a DOG, its literally the worst place. I am 42 years old and I have worked for 5 companies my entire life, they preached about being a start up and really everything started to unfold. 



The working environment and conditions were all great, everyone is really friendly and the job was fairly easy.

Only downside is the minimal pay and it was part time with no room for the job to be full time as they only work 3 days a week.

Partiality partiality…… there.  Two managers they dont know how to behave to the workers. They are favour to few people and some not. Hardly working they are not seeing it. I have more than 6 years of experience in this field and the managers are so good and kind. Everyday coming and working nobody sees what i am doing. They trust few people and some not. Teribble…..  

setting up warehouse to pack boxes of produce to be delivered to clients out of town and to clients in town, general cleaning maintenance of warehouse...

very understanding management, good culture, willing to work with you to accommodate your schedule. let you take home a box of free groceries at the end of the week which is a nice bonus to the job

Bad company especially the manager unprofessional and unfair the manager is too unfair and unprofessional I won't recommend it.its not good company.better try other
