If you don’t do what the management want, they will transfer you without notice. If you are good at your job, they will keep on giving you more responsibilities without pay increase until you burn out. There are hard working people and others that are lazy, the work load isn’t balanced at all.  The employers and managers  have no respect for the employees and they will speak their language in front of you knowing you don’t understand. 

It's been a great experience working with the employees and seeing how professional the front of the garage were. The management has been great and direct, also the working environment was excellent and people work as a team.

i learned a lot there met new people every day and that made it super fun
i got really good training from my supervisor
but when down times came the hours where very long

people are very kind and very honest there, they are very helpfull when needed and never they will expect anything in return

Nobody wants to do their job. The place is very disorganized. Everyone is always looking for someone to blame for their own mistakes. I do not recommend. 

They need care more about their employees. They just care about their own job. Management is really bad. No job culture. No one like to work there, especially old guys
