I used to work for one of the biggest banks in Canada and I feel so tired to follow the procedures without asking why. Forge and foster are totally different, you will have unlimited opportunities to explore in the different business and accounting issues. You will do have the chances to contribute your idea and share it with CEO and your co-workers. We are a team which are so young and energetic. You will grow faster here, learn different things to expand your knowledge of commercial and residential real estate.

Prior to joining Forge & Foster, I did my own research on the company and I found that they are making a big impact in the City of Hamilton.  I was looking forward to becoming part of this dynamic and growing team and once I started, I was not disappointed.  The work environment is definitely fast-paced and productive.  The team consists of intelligent and competent co-workers and CEO has a clear vision that is brought to reality and empowers all employees to be their best.  Management cares about their employees.  They offer all employees a great benefits package and wealth building opportunities.

Forge & Foster is a fantastic place to work. It’s entrepreneurial driven and it has unique opportunities to learn and grow within the company. With half day Fridays (which weren't super embraced, North American working mentality), company building events (sadly were all sports based) and a really good pay with a culture that allowed dogs - the position wasn't too bad. The manger I reported to had no idea about how to manage properly. High turnover in the company.

Forge & Foster has a great team that works extremely well with each other. Furthermore,  within the company there are endless opportunities to grow as an individual, as you are given autonomy to do your own projects and really build out your role at the company. Bringing your own ideas is always encouraged, and the team will always help you to ensure that you not only finish your tasks, but also reach your personal goals!

Working at Forge & Foster is both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Management sets big audacious goals for the team and provides individuals with opportunities to carve out their own role to contribute to the success of the company.
