Mostly great people at ground level but senior management is fragmented and pulling in different directions. They are responsible for different areas of the plant (Quality, Production, Operations & Maintenance) and don't seem to care that at the ground level it all needs to come together to achieve what they're asking for. They talk like they want input from the workers but actions speak louder than words. Many employees feel trapped working there as they've committed many years to the unionized environment and are still hopeful it will improve, despite the lack of evidence to suggest that it will.

Unless management are prepared to listen to the people actually doing the work, I recommend using Formashape as a transitional employer on your way to something better.

Place them on the moulds, standing all day - 10 hours on Monday To Thursday. Heavy moulds,  to push.  Physically working hard. Doctor notes due to my pains is neglected.

Toxic culture right from the top down. Zero loyalty to people. No training, development or career path. It is a job for now if you are desperate. 

Very small company to have a union, kind of explains it all!!

Asked to work Mandatory overtime periodically employee has no choice..


Great if you can handle building full of high school children and politics overall ended up developing a heavy drug problem and drinking problem after and have declined in social ability because of the place

some good people work there, but no support from management along with long hours of repetitive movements cause a lot of staff injuries. Heavily rely on the same staff to work more than others

Terrible company no pay increase, non communication and lack of care to their employees.  There is a reason that employees are leaving for the companies main competition

The work itself is not bad. Dirty, depending on the job. Afternoon shift crew is great. New projects are completely mismanaged, which lead to our downfall. 

I say this because the plant is planning on a Permanent shutdown come Mar/Apr. moral is down. I actually really like my job but most jobs on the floor are repetitious. 

Very negative work place. Poorly managed. Managment makes promises they don't keep and treat employees like cattle. Managment preaches that the employees are the experts but don't treat them like they are.
