Overall, I feel supported by the organization with respect to my desire for work life balance, manager/employee relationship dynamic, feeling my ideas are heard and advancement from a career perspective. Training and education resources are available and encouraged. Innovation is welcomed and accepted, also a company core value! Collaboration is key and my initiatives are carefully considered and most often adopted. The organization evolves with the changes we are faced with and will continue to do so in the future. 

I enjoy coming to work everyday and highly respect our leadership team and the direction the company is going. 

What a gong show, the warehouse is horrid to work in, a complete unorganized mess. Constantly having to dig through many lifts to get what you're after, if you can even find it, if it's even in stock, if it's labeled accurately.  Safety takes a back seat here as well.  People would appear near me, without a hi-vis vest on or steel toes on.  The warehouse is so overstuffed and congested at all times requiring you to practice unsafe forklifting just to move product around.  Don't waste your time with this company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Everyone that work here is incapable. We all get along and help each other every day. Great place to work at. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Beaning busy all day long, the time flys bye when working here. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Every one helps each other when needed, and a lot of fun with each other through out the day. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lots of work. You will be busy.

Corporate office is very calm, supportive, and has good opportunities for advancement. From an overview position, there is some culture in the branches that can cause friction, but most is caused by particular people, not management. If you're an honest, hard working employee, you'll enjoy it here. 

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to work for the one in winnipeg. Management doesnt care about the rules they are suppose to follow as long as the money comes in. Having to move out around 20 skids of products to get a couple peices of boards??? Customers come in mad as heck and take it out on you. No organization there what so ever.  No room for their product. Just dont waste your time. Domo would be better

Fullfilling Sales Order for ciatomer

Corporate office is forward looking, open, and respectful. The same could not be said about the Edmonton branch staff, it only takes one bad apple. No issues working with other Canadian offices.

Overall good experience.



welcoming at first...
then the crazies come out.  One employee has full backup from management when screaming at people.  Derogatory comments are the norm.  Warehouse staff are great, Office staff and Head Office staff have their crazies

Order picking is pretty boring, it takes a patient person to keep up with a job like that. Rolling sheets of laminate was fun I could roll 6 sheets together.

Great company culture, people are really nice and welcoming. I never feel left out during and team building activities. People are always willing to help you succeed.
