What is the best part of working at the company?
It's truly one of a kind company. Unfortunately, my circumstances have changed. Otherwise, I would never have left. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes customers, traffic. Rarely happened though. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great, can't complain. They are extremely helpful. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Every day is different unless you are a dedicated driver for a division, like bell or ipex, or Brenntag.

I've been working with Fortigo Freight Services for the number of years and my experience has been largely positive. 
The company offers competitive rates, the management team is approachable and responsive to concerns and suggestions comprehensive training programs for new drivers and ongoing professional development. Fortigo Freight Service is a great place to work for those who are dedicated and enjoy the challenges of the transport industry.  I would recommend it to other drivers.


Terrible company after working there for 4 plus years doing everything they ever asked me to do with no notice and no real explanation they let me go they phone me on the Friday after I was finished work and told me my job was done. not even the respective having one of the big managers or somebody call me just had one of the office staff doing the dirty work for them and I had to wait 3 weeks to get my final pay off them so I give them no stars this is a terrible company very disrespectful and unbusinesslike Behavior

Started 5am till 9pm
I taught the inexperienced employees.
Was promised profit sharing which was in contract and they wouldn't give it to me in all years I worked there. Their word can not be trusted. Enjoyed working with employees had lots of laughs. Hardest part was trying to get the tools to work with.

I have been with Fortigo for Several years, i would not work anywhere else, the support and opportunities that i have experience have been great.  Top notch Management people, Treat drivers with Respect, and communication and technology is the best

Never sincere with their drivers. Trickish in nature. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not getting the deals you signed up for. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Never a day without a trick. You will stay in the yard doing and after 4 hours you're sent home.

Every job will give you a specific knowledge of experience depending on the role of the company that you followed.
Fortigo is a good company applying safety standards to reach the maximum possible potential for trucks and drivers to keep them safe 

The company needs more direction and very high expectations. The bottom line people are not respected or treated well. The executive team is full of men who make the majority of the decision without considering the bottom line staff.

Great pay but less opportunity to growth.overall management is good specially dispatch.only thing is if you are a driver you can not put your own truck easily.Many people in line for two years.worst part is they are hiring outsiders for owner operators not giving the opportunity to drivers

Many different  companies work with them contracts very nice  just make sure you follow the fortigo app and it's requirements.
Can for other companies through this company can be you own boss weekly  checks but, when you start they gold back 4 weeks
