Not the best workplace culture. Lots of layoffs and no real concept of a team. Certain departments had extremely high turnover due to poor management. 
There is no management hierarchy and no one truly knows who reports to whom.
Often expected to work late on very short notice.

Hours worked in a month reflective of workload. When there is lots of work you will get full time hours with overtime potential, however, if there is minimal work to be done you could work zero hours.

Maintain several projects instrumentation requirements and implementation across departments.

Different clients have different procurement requirements, and processes.

As a whole this companies are good to work with, some management issues and job stability questionable, as everyones a contractor watch your back as some employees use your  abilities for their personal gain.

Start my day early to get organized as usual for me. Company design mostly rail and truck trans loading facilities.

As a manager built a strong team for all the design disciplines. Worked with a great group of people within the company.

Hardest part of the job was letting people go when things slowed down. Best part was hiring people when new work came in.

Work life balance is well accepted. Equal opportunity and good paying job. Management is well suited and supports you, when you need something that is missing they don't hesitate to make sure that you are well equip to do your job.

My time there was a positive one, as long as there were projects there was work available for me. They offered me a position to work out of province and I accepted it. They were always very supportive.   

Enjoyed my co-works, and the ability to multi task in a busy environment.  Handled large files, very detail oriented.  Worked full time (plus) hours a week and enjoyed every bit.

It's a place to go if you did not have a job, but, prepare to be terminated if you were already there. 
You will find most of people are new there except the 5 top jokers.
You will be terminated before you accumulate enough shares to be paid. It is a joke!


Would like to continue in the industry in the future.

Live fast, spend big, fall faster.
Nice place at times, but they were people who didn't truly know how to run a company.
Great minds for the work needed, but not good people to be in charge or 120 workers.

Would work there again if the right opportunity arose. The company is expanding into the United States of America, and that presents new opportunities and challenges for those that want that.
