I experienced full support and understanding in all situations possible.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Like Family. 
If you need to bring kids at work, do your bank appointment meeting - you are ok to do  it until you inform your supervisor in advance. 
We had a lego box in the office, so my son could play there almost half a day!)

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
8-10 I was writting narratives, doing my creative work.
10-10.15 I usually had team kick up meeting.
We may had some team work to do or meeting to attend.
11.00 we went to team coffee
12-14 usually I was working on mails and tasks from the morning. 
13 i had quick lunch or lunch meeting
15-17 meetings and mails.

Nice coworkers in general and cool offices in old Montreal with nice perks and benefits. Management was accommodating during the pandemic. 
But slow growth potential and unclear company vision. 
The salaries are ok but still lower than other big companies. 

Mazars is truly a standout employer, offering a workplace environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and employee well-being. From its vibrant office culture to its commitment to professional development.

There is not a good atmosphere of work.
Therefore, it is not a famous company when you want to work in foreign country. 
I advise you to work for one of big four. 
the wage is very low.
