I love working for Fox because they truly value me as an employee, value my opinion, and value my time as I get fairly compensated for the role that I have. 
It's never a dull moment at Fox as the atmosphere is next-level fun! We have company team-building events like paintball, Fox drive-in movie night, and so many treats to show appreciation through the weeks! We all love what we do and get along with each other so much that we look forward to coming to work daily!
I worked for my last company for just shy of 6 years and would not have felt comfortable going to upper management, never mind the CEO about a problem. Ted Fox truly has an open door policy, is always willing to help, and is in every way, shape, and form a leader that I am proud to follow!

I absolutely love working at Fox and the positive environment in the office. We have weekly meetings where we are able to discuss any issues or conflict in a healthy way. This is the first job I've had that strives to actually improve any weaknesses within the company and values the opinions of their employees. 

There is always opportunity to grow and learn. Fox provides a ton of training and great resources for learning.  

The company has a great benefit plan, lots of extra perks and puts on events for their employees. I feel very valued by management & there is a great comradery  with the office employees. 

I would absolutely recommend Fox & Sons as  great place to apply if you want to actually look forward to coming in to work!

Fox was absolutely amazing at the start. The interview was great, the atmosphere was even better. But after a couple months it all turned to garbage. They treat you like your worthless, absolutely no communication and they have no idea what there next step is. Oh and don’t even think about talking to HR because they don’t do anything for you. You will probably get fired before your 3 months is up because that’s what they do to half the people there, that’s why they have such a high turn over. Think twice before applying.

This is a great place if you are a student because there is a great chance that you will get terminated after 3 to 4 months. Benefits are not included, it's mandatory after 3 months and you have to pay for it. It's about $150-$200 a month depending on what you need. Management doesn't care about you. If you're doing something wrong, you'll know and so will every one in the office. 
The weekly meeting is your chance to speak up, but if you say something wrong, you're immediately spoken to for saying the truth. 

First impression company was great, interview went well. Once you are hired you are good for few months.  Run by good management people but they don't have any say with the overall operation of the company.  Keep in mind that it is run by unprofessional owner whose lack of interpersonal and management skill.  If you explain your opinion you are now a target. Meaning they are now looking to fire you.  No wonder turnover of employees are very quick

This is a five star company. I don’t recommend working here if you don’t have a drive and strong desire to grow and take your career to the next level. Fox rewards employees who work hard and strive to deliver five star service to “internal customers” (co-workers) and external customers. This company is going places. If you want to go somewhere, join the team. If you’re not up to a challenge and to push yourself and grow, save yourself the effort and don’t apply.

I was lured into working for this company as I have learned as many other's have as well.
Company preaches family and support for each worker. Once working there one will find a company who’s sole focus is on profits and not a family type business they preach on their hiring web sites. Installs occasionally lack proper specics to allow new equipment to work properly at the expencesof customer for their profits..

Day to day, Fox provides a fun challenging work environment. We're given the opportunity to grow, provide feedback and implement new ideas. Our management team offers incredible support and encouragement. With the constant opportunity to attend different training classes I never feel like I'm "stuck" at my job. The team at Fox is incomparable and i couldn't recommend them enough!

You are not seen as a human here only a worker. Company provides only the bare minimum required by law, no coffee breaks only lunch breaks are given, and most employees do not take those given the pressure put on them to work faster. Pay is good but that's the best I can say about it. Managers are constantly implementing new systems with little forethought.

Ridiculous prices result in management having to constantly evaluate the technicians sales performance. Mostly about selling stuff and not fixing anything. Way too many managers with no service skills. No technical training at all. American influenced company with brainwashing seminars if your numbers are down. Great job for learning how to swindle seniors
