it’s easy to make $50k plus first year with the top half of the team making $90-$120. real world numbers from a ex employee not overly genius numbers which are impossible to actually achieve despite what they advertise or tell you in interviews at other dealerships.

Commissions paid weekly. If you deliver a vehicle by 2pm on Tuesday you will be paid that commission on Thursday, a nice change from getting commission once a month usually 10-14 days into the next month. IE January commission paid on feb 10th
