Management was always on the ball
Staff were great, specific ranking within the company wasn't a big thing. Ordertakers and customer service was the only gripe as customer service felt they were 'better' than ordertakers
The hardest part of the job was the long nights with very little business as those could become pretty stagnant as the night goes on. Best part of the job were the people I met through it. Made a lot of friends, had some great times.

Wage for the customer service and catering position is a lot better than just being an order taker. If you are hired as an order taker I strongly suggest to show initiative to be trained as a customer service agent. BAD bed bug problem. Have to put all of our things in garbage bags while at work. Large turn over rate.

Best place to work and learn how to deal with each individual. Great way to learn patience. Polishes technical and communication skills everyday. overall, best place to have part time work.

The Work place was a steady and well rounded work place and of course there was problems but mainly computer problems through no fault of the company, The management team were fantastic while I was working at the company and were always willing to help when there was trouble.

really liked the job, interesting environment and learned a lot.  Call centers are my thing, felt really comfortable and had a lot of opportunities to learn more and advancement was possible

But this comes with a caveat - know that if you are working in the call centre, you will be paid minimum wage and are expected to work weekends and most holidays.  There is advancement if you are willing to put the effort in. 

It is a simple job, sit down and take calls from hungry customers. It was a neat environment with friendly people all around; they come help you when you need it. good job for students who need money.

Great place to work at.  Positive and fun environment with flexible hours.  Some shifts have long and late hours.  Due to the nature of the job, expect a lot of repetitiveness.

you're making minimum wage doing pizza orders, its not like the money will push you to work here. the people are okay, but nothing I would recommend long term. 

Very supportive and friendly work environment. Sometimes it gets busy but not at all stressful. I worked 3 years there until i moved to a different city.
