Company is growing rapidly, which means there are lots of exciting new projects to be a part of and ideas to give. Very inspiring to come in and help make change happen. However, not for the feint of heart - this place is high volume, high intensity. Some days this can be stressful, but it is also very engaging. You are never bored, and there is always something new to work on. Because its 3PL, there are many different clients. The variety is good, but this makes the learning curve longer. For those who are brand new - be patient! Your expertise will come, it will just take longer than 30 days. The people are amazing. My department hustles to get things done, but we also have a lot of laughs. Teamwork is great! Management is down to earth, friendly, and works hard. Inspiring place to be, and great location close to home.

I find it very busy which makes the day fly by but somehow you still have the time to get to know everyone.
Everyone here is very nice and helpful its been a very friendly place to work. Its a family run company and its seems like they really care so its a nice atmosphere. Not that everything is perfect but its been a nice change from other places I have worked. There is no lack of experienced people to turn to when you need assistance and there's a lot of long term employees here which to me is a good thing, it shows the commitment of the company and that people want to be here. I've seen lots of people have the opportunity to change roles and advance so I think there is lots of potential for growth or advancement.
Every month there is something going on, games contests and so on, its nice to feel involved and adds a little fun once and awhile.

A typical work day can start from 6:00AM to 8:30 AM depending on your shift and  your function. There is enough parking and it is free. Using a Face recognition system to sign in and out. The people I work with are helpful and the supervisors are easy to get along with. Workplace culture is pretty good. They do cross training with teams and over time you can do most of the jobs.  The company is always looking for good people. Hardest part of the job is making sure all teams work in sync. Most enjoyable part of the job is working with people who care. 

Although I didn't stay with Frazer Direct for a long time, I had a very positive experience for the time I did spend there. I've worked at a number of warehouses, all having a similar, slightly negative atmosphere. The Owner, Lois, has cultivated a very positive culture where there is a strong sense of community and people genuinely enjoy helping others. I found the managers very helpful when it came to teach me about business functions, and felt very comfortable coming to them with questions or problems I would come across. I also found communicating with HR very transparent. If you are interested in learning more functions around a warehouse and show the capabilities, this company will absolutely teach you more. Great people. 

This job isn't necessarily bad. Its just very tedious and boring. There will be days where you are doing the most mind numbing things you can think of. The training was subpar at best as about 50% of the time they spoke in there native language. I have nothing against that on a personal level but I wish I knew more clearly what to do on a working level. I had to ask a fellow warehouse associate what to do countless times because she also spoke there language and she just translated for me. The people are nice however I will admit. The pay wasn't good. So this is the kinda job I would say to work only for a small period of time till you find something better. I wouldn't stay with the company more then a few months.

I have been working here for a while and i really like it. it is flexible when I need time off for family matters. Most of the people here are really nice. I like that they let go of poeple who do not do their share of the work. I work hard and I want others to. The work is pretty physical but the warehouse is clean and bright. The best thing is the supervisor I work under. She works hard and pitches in herself when we are behind. The company posts our stats and tells us when we are doing a good job. I look forward to coming into work. Mostly because the people are great and we can have fun while we get the job done. Pay could be better but it is worth it to stay because you can move up.

Not sure how this company got such favorable reviews. I worked there for 6 years and only because the job market in town is slim. Only 1 good manager - the rest practice favoratism (even if you're a bad employee). Hard workers do not get the credit they deserve. The atmosphere is TERRIBLE. I'm a strong person,  yet I was defeated and miserable while working here. The owner is a scam. Does not appreciate her employees. The day I left Fraser Direct literally made me feel so much less stressed. I would NOT recommend this place, unless you absolutely need a minimum wage job.  Only pro is that I was in decent shape while working there,  as quotas were ridiculous and you have to work your butt off.

Supervisors and colleagues are really nice , I had all the support I needed to learn all very quick, they are very understandable in all the situations , amazing environment, the job is easy to learn as 2 or 3 days and then you would use your own time to finish the tasks , you will never feel pressure or exhausted after your shifts. Place is very clean, big  and confortable , cafetería, changing room, lockers so you can keep all your stuff safety. Also very close to the workplace so you don’t waste time when you have your breaks or lunch , pay always on time . 
I would Definitely come back , enjoyed working here.

When the supervisor was sick and we could be more efficient.

The family that runs the business like to gossip about each other.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
If you’re related to a Fraser it’s great, otherwise you don’t mean anything to them.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
If you were 1 minute late punching in, even if there was a line, you get docked 15 minutes.. that’s just the start of the day.

Fraser Direct has been great to work for. I was given a great opportunity shortly after graduating college and have been given the opportunities to advance my career. Salary has been good considering my lack of experience. Sometimes the workload is stressful but that could be said of any office job. My manager has been quite kind and understanding and I hope working at this company continues to be a positive experience.
