Management is extremely poor. Racism issues going on the the back of store at location I was at, nothing was done about this. Hired on false pretenses, did not give appropriate time off, tried calling me in every single day i had off. Building codes on the stores on reserve are not lawful but because they are on the reserve, rules dont apply to them and they know it. High turn over with staffing.

Manager in Shannonville has no clue how to do more than sit in office. Within days employees are taught how to receive inventory yet the General Manager has no clue how to do it. Very unprofessional as he talks about employees with his "core" employees. Would not recommend the Bayview Variety location for employment. They never give raises either. In the little over a year I worked there I saw at least 15 employees come and go. Horrible turn over.

To sum it up lightly:

You go to work and do your job and hope it’s enough. If you mess up, you will hear about it, but if management (head office) messes up, they just let it go. So unless you are related to someone in the company, don’t bother!

The only thing good about this job was getting benefits…but you have to work there for 6 months to a year and work full time.

Free Flow has awful management, treats their staff like garbage. Acts as if they should be doing every task there is and getting no appreciation what so ever well getting paid minimum wage. Communication with manager is beyond ridiculous when asking for staff meetings to resolve issues caused by the manager. Constantly started drama. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS JOB!

I loved working here except when it came to the management. They had zero respect for the employees hired. They had a task list that had to be completed every night that was 3 pages long and if you didn't get it done you got written up for it. Not very accommodating when it came to hours, wouldn't work well with school schedule.

I enjoyed my co-workers and the customers. The rate of pay is not enough for the amount of extra activities required. Management is not qualified for the job position. Difficult person to work for is in the manager position.

The people are the best part of this job. The work is repetitive and unfulfilling, and the compensation is not great here. The manager is good, but the corporate parts of this company are horrible. 

Bad place to work. Would not recommend to anybody. Management lacks necessary skills for the job title. Salary does not match  the amount of work required. The hardest part of job was dealing with the manager and her lack of skills. I thoroughly enjoyed working with my co-workers.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There is no best part. The company is very unorganized and unsafe

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Customers are aloud to come in with foul language and they do nothing about it.

Terrible management, constant workplace drama. Schedule is all over the place, sometimes working 2pm to 11pm then being scheduled to come in the morning for 4:45 am.
