Great parts manager terminated for current one who comes in late and goes home early. He’s a yes man who steals sales from his own  staff because he’s too lazy to get off his chair to speak to his staff , brings in his friends to work there and does not lead by example. Upper Management attempts to save money by removing bulbs in the warehouse area with no regard for the safety of those who have to go there. Who does that?  Everyone gets free lunches when working Saturdays except the parts staff working Saturday.  It’s not about being a team and communicating to do more sales to keep the place running. It’s more about hardworkers leaving or being terminated because they are there to work.  Even for inventory staff worked all day and until 9:30 at night and not even provided a quick bite to eat.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Most staff atr friendly, restaurant on location. Techs are great. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Long hours, hard work goes unnoticed, management doesn't really care about your concerns when approached. Dirty working environment, broken uncomfortable chairs to work in, management refused to get new. Management plays favorites. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Used to be wonderful, but changed with new management. Now it is stressed and unhappy. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long hours, meet goals or get called into office. Used to be wonderful, cheerful, happy and fun.

There is not much difference between one dealership to the other as far as turnover and stability in your job. Job security is always on your mind every day whether you think you're doing a good job or not. That's hard to cope with sometimes. It's a tough industry and highly competitive, so you always have to be prepared for the worst. BUT...it is a fun atmosphere most days and very exciting when the store has a good month. The people here are pretty awesome to deal with.

Most people were awesome to work with communication between employee and managers no so good and manager never around when needed manager missed appointments with sales associates came in late went home early not setting a good example for employees

I learnt a lots through managers and fellow colleagues

Winter can be hard to sale cars

Very friendly environment. Diverse

Every day was a selling day for me

As a salesman, I was given lots of opportunities to be successful.  The work environment was good, relaxed and family-oriented.  Low-pressure sales culture, good place to buy a car, new or used.  No benefits, but had a base salary and a decent pay grade.  They took a lot of pride in their customer service, and it shows in the Dealer-rater reviews. Overall, a good place to work.

the dealership had too many broken promises. 
And way to cut throat to learn the business of Automotive sales.
They are too high demanding for someone new, pushy and play favorites. It can feel quite uncomfortable.

lots of employee's who are more concentrated on making hours than teaching apprentices.The company pretty much hires you and dumps you in the middle of everything without anyone to explain the facility.

Definitely an enjoyable place to work and a great team to be a part of. Hardest part of the job is always being on the move. very learning friendly place to work.

Personal favorite dealership to work at, great owners and upper management with a very beneficial bonus and commission structure. Clientele is hit or miss to be expected
