This place is horrible, all I saw and continue seeing are only bad things, we lost a big project due to a lack of collaboration between people, because top managers have a lot of conflicts between them and don't like each other which impact their teams. The company is an old one on every aspect, most people there are just slacking to get safely to their retirement, their way of thinking is a roadblock for any kind of innovation. Technology stack is very old, you will have to deal with things like RPG, Cobol....
I've been brought in with false promisses and false data, HR people are good to sell you a company that actually does not exist, which you would discover once you land there ! That's why coming here looks now like the biggest mistake in my career, and just waiting a good opportunity to leave without looking back.
The office is as old as the mindset of the company, nothing compared to a lot of nice offices here in Montreal
Think not twice but 10 times before you join, I wish someone told me about it before I took my decision.

They have different teams if have chance you located to the great group but otherwise they are decide so fast for you and all the team are normally under pressure to do the job as soon as possible.

your responsible who help you with who is responsible are different you should search and find every thing.

Most of the time no one will help and it is you to decide which way choose.

Fresche Solutions is an amazing place to work. There is always happening at the company, from new projects, code rewrites, AI, new acquisitions and everything in between. 
Management is good, company's culture is fantastic as you feel supported through your journey at the company. 

A lot of nice people, no excessive pressure, but Low salary, lack of organization, horrible project management. plan changed quite often without communication with team-members.

Culture is top notch and everyone at the company is accessible. There is no work-place drama, and everyone at the company is encouraged to provide useful feedback with regards to whatever they deem worthy.

Good place to work, especially for young people. Good business domain, hard problems to solve. Possibility to travel around the global which might be interesting for some.

I don't think it fair to review an employer on the day I am leaving them. 
Fresche is a good company to work for. It is going through a wild expansion phase.

I worked at Fresches solutions for 2 years and I had a great time:) The management is really transparent and the people are really professional. I would recommend this company:)

The people is what really made Fresche amazing. Lots of changes with acquisitions in the time I was there, but I always felt appreciated from all levels of the organization.

Good company with projects on AS400 or the IBM I series.  Remote and flexible work. Technologies used are cobol, rpg etc. Services based company. Good projects.
