Freshly Squeezed

I would basically come in, change into uniform and immediately start my shift. I worked alone about 90% of the time, so I was working both cashier and making the juices/bubble teas. If work started in the morning then I would have to make the tapioca. The time I had after serving customers I was to make sure my surroundings were clean and for machines to be full. At the end of my shifts I had to do cash count and make sure the floors were mopped and all blenders are washed and dried. Another thing was that are lemons and oranges were freshly squeezed there in the workplace so I had to put aside about 3 hours every day I worked to get that done. The hardest part of the job would have probably been when lunch time came and it was very busy. There was a large lineup and some people weren't always patient so the goal was to work fast and get through the customers quickly yet still give the same amount of effort. All in all I did still enjoy the job, I got a chance to gain some customer experience and meet some really nice people.

Am will be much greatfull if i was employed, for me i can totally all the days in a week, you no? From Monday to Friday, and i can learn so many benefits also, fruit presavation, how to make juice and even know many types of fruits etc.
And i know work place culture so that you will always be forcing your self.becuase  maybe you will alders working hard how can you be weeik.and me i don't have any hardest part, yes! because i always be happy when i was in my work place,me i don't joke with my time,if it time to work i don't know what is called lazyness,if i stand with phisical and meantal strength,this can of lettel arfrot can also the company in way of somewhere and the same time i have to do a campaign for the company.this way can also help to improve your company as well, everyone will hear the name of your company, everyone will know your company and your company becoming a feamuse.this also can improve individuals to become a costumer.thank you.

A typical day at work is signing in, I greet customers and take their orders. I tend to their needs by making them a smoothie and or bubble tea and processed transactions with debit or credit and cash register. During the day I maintain the store by cleaning and adding to the supplies if they are low. At the end of the day, I lock the gate, wash all of the supplies that need to be done for the next day and count the cash register and deposit what is needed to be deposit, I sign out and I lock up and take out the garbage and recycling. I learned how to close a store and more customer service experience. The management could be better. The co-workers were extremely helpful and are always there when I need help. The hardest part of the job is if there are negative people but I show empathy and respect. The most enjoyable part of my job is making smoothies and greeting new customers, the work environment is always bright and enjoyable to be surrounded by as well.

Most of my shifts were night, so I would spend my time cleaning equipment and counters, preparing veggies and juice and experimenting with combinations while waiting for customers. Some nights I wished I worked the weekends like I did when I started, they were great for keeping you busy. Our "work culture" was strangely casual, as we did not have uniforms, we picked our own attire, mine being tropical shirts and hats. I greatly enjoyed getting out from the "back scene" work of cleaning making customers happy. This wasn't always easy, as it can be difficult to get people to try something different, even more so when the the most popular item was already cheaper than the rest.

i have learned a lot of things by working in this franchise. it is a life time experience. when i came to Canada, my English speaking and communication with people was not good, but this job give me good communication skills and give me a experience to do business in future in Canada. My co-workers gave me a lot of support in the beginning and they are really helpful as employees and also as Friend. It is fun to work there. the hardest part is to work alone when it is slow. it is boring when you are alone and there is no work to do. Most enjoyable part of the job is that it introduce you different cultural people and allow you to interact with them and know about them,

A typical day at Freshly Squeezed is a very busy but a fun and interactive day with customers in a friendly work environment. Freshly squeezed is a fast paced workplace with a large in-flow of customers. This is the perfect environment to groom yourself in customer service skills. It teaches you to attain a precise manner in your sales tip which is very essential for the company. Co-workers are genuinely helpful,friendly and advocated self-leadership skills.The most enjoyable part of the job is that employees on-job get free drinks and those who are off duty get considerable discounts.

A day at work would typical be either making juice or being the cashier. Everyday, i learn new things, for example, the measures of the juice and ice needed to make the juice well and not only that but also customers attitude and to deal with them. My coworkers are very helpful because its always busy everyday. the hardest part about this job is standing for a very long period of time and working at a fast time to make customers juice and the most enjoyable part of this job is seeing plenty of customers lining up to order and their satisfactions after having a taste of it.

Dealing with customers can be a hard business. I worked alone most days as it wasn't busy enough during weekdays for extra staff. My staff was fantastic, they worked hard and we made the job fun. The owner was great to work for but raises only happened when minimum wage increased which was a down side. 

I learned how to make a work environment a place that people wanted to be in and how to control a separate work/ life balance as a manager.

OK. Overall it was a great job with very understanding management and friendly co-workers, busy and fast paced with tight deadlines. Very flexible as long as you were just as flexible.
I learned so much about lab practices and lab operations, as well as how a large scale HS team functions.
The hardest part of the job for me were the times when I would have to switch between working morning and afternoon shifts several times in one week.
