I get in there, do my pretrips and get my truck ready for a day of fun.
Look at my load out from the warehouse with backhauls and the timed deliveries at the forefront.
Load out with the help of the warehouse staff and get my paperwork in hand.
Text dispatch that I am loaded and heading out, so they load my device.
When I have multiple loads from the warehouse, i will try and focus on the side of the city that is the farthest and then pick up all the pickups on that side before returning to the warehouse.
Then I will load the west and northern drops to clear the warehouse and then get to do pickups in that area.
I like to work with the warehouse and management to get critical deliveries done as they need to be delivered.
My day isn't done until the docks at my customers is closed and sometimes, I can get a pickup done after 5pm if I contact the customer just before and he knows I am coming.
I like to get my day done right and that is what it is all about... THE CUSTOMER!!


I have been with Frontier for over 2 years now. They are a great company to work for especially right out of school. They give you the opportunity to learn and grow within a role. Their is lots of room for advancement if you show ambition to learn your role and excel in it. The work load can be a lot at times but it gives you the opportunity to gain more experience. 
Management has open door policies so if you have questions or concerns you can bring them up.
Internal training is provided and the company does a lot of cross training to allow you to learn what other people do.

Strong support; well organized company: great communication; pleasure to work for.

Driving in foul weather yet it is my choice to go out or not and company always supported my decision.

Always supportive, good communication,.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start early morning sorting packages into order of delivery, load van, deliver in an effective and efficient route.

A lot changes in the organization very quickly, the industry is very chaotic and regularly in flux so this is fairly normal. Good work for problem solvers. There are many roles and responsibilities so what you apply for or are hired for might not be what you end up doing. And what you're doing may change dramatically for business needs.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The bosses excellent communicators  and workmates so friendly and helpful.
great team work.

distance travelled from home it takes me one and half hours to work

team spirit and great communication

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
a debrief of the days load and plan accordingly and task distribution amongst the team

A typical day at frontier started at around 9 am, the trailers started to come in at around 9:30 am allowing for about 30 min to mentally prepare and organize. for the day ahead. We received 3-4 trucks a day varying in cargo size and fullness. The workday sometimes ended early because everyone was working quickly and efficiently.

There behaviour with driver not good 
For using washroom & tea break on road need permission as well .
Why ,what. They asking to much Questions 
But not understand.
Dispach have no experience.
They just new as well 
Sometimes try to force with semi truck sending  to send back lane in to delivery but no possible 

If we enter there then damage public property 
Even red sing in truck they said to drive drive slowly .

No support for over worked employees.

No environment or signs of management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very heavy and poorly organized.

Work to Life balance is atrocious.

Upper management cares little for life issues when they happen.

Little care for safety.

Pay scale is way below industry par provincially and nationally for all positions. No cost of living raises.

Fellow employees were good to work with however.

The people are really great to work with. CEO is very approachable and friendly. Management is typically open to suggestions which is a great environment. Bonuses paid twice a year which is awesome. Work life can be a bit stressful but that comes with the industry. Company does nice events for their staff like lunchins and BBQ's.
