I didn't have the exact industry qualifications for the job role but I had the hunger to learn and excel in this role. 
Within few months I was able to kick start my journey and able to showcase my passion for work and my potential. I have learnt alot in the few months and has delivered exceptional results in my day to day tasks. Looking forward to grow at a significant pace in this company and I will always be thankful for all the support I have received and also giving me a chance to showcase myself and my show my true potential. 

the work was great, the co workers are great. management is a joke!!! the job is full of broken promises and micro managed. always finding ways to claw back on you bonus. they try to sell there bonus program as there bread and butter saying yo could make $40-$50 an hour but claw back. management will send you a morning job at 2pm then claim you had a late appointment and take away your bonus. a 1% raise every year is what they pay while office staff in Nova scotia gets 10-15%. if you end up working for them record all phone calls and save all emails and text messages trust me you will need them!!!

Since day 1, their answers are very vague, and not transperant. Headoffice management micro manages, which is impossible to bonus, and or take the vacation days you want with their expectations being incredibly demanding. The tools that they provide, are worn, and you may never receive all the tools you require in proper working condition. They can’t keep employees, a lot of ppl quit, or the company fires staff most of the time to save on expenses. There is not  growth or expanding your career within, and best of luck getting a raise

Started great years ago but has gone downhill ever since. Commission pay is good when it’s busy but hasn’t been busy in years. No advancement or pay raises worth talking about. (1% every 5 years). Cheapest company I’ve ever worked for (hasn’t even had a uniform order in over 2 years). Work life balance is horrible (expected to travel on short notice without any added compensation). Management is horrible (ask a question might get a answer weeks later) 

My husband worked for this company and management are the worse, as soon as you express the need for reasonable change, they will find a way to terminate you! It happened to many of his co=workers as well as himself ! Pay is low for the hard labor,  and they have ways to claw back money from your paycheck,  they are a contract company, I'd like for THEIR employers to find out their double dipping!

I would work for this company again if given the chance.  Was my first Cable Installation position and enjoyed every minute of it.  Some of the guys that worked there I still consider my good friends.  They didn't pay overtime but there were a ton of hours so it made up for it.

Honestly a decent company to work for, they pay decent but you can get overworked if you don't put a stop to your after hours. If you're out going and like talking to people, handy and like technology. Theres a position for you, do your daily tasks and you'll be fine. watch your pay though.

I found my first 8 years of working here to be a great experience. This opinion changed after some management changes, a drop in pay due to a stagnant bonus program, inconsistent hours, etc.

Technicians are overworked and underpaid. Unobtainable expectations, barley any support from management. Very dangerous, difficult work. Always working alone
