What is the best part of working at the company?
Fellow staff members and the customers we worked to make happy. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working directly with the owners was always a major source of anxiety, they often changed their mind on rules and told different staff different guidelines and often whenever the owners
 came around things got messed up and things were made confusing and stressful also the fact that you got in trouble if you tried to take a break no matter if you worked a 14 hour day or a 4 hour day.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Between staff and customers things were awesome hands down one of the best experiences at a job, however dealing with upper management and owners was often extremely stressful unclear communication and ever changing procedures with no guidance was the norm. often I felt like I was being asked to do unsafe work and it was made clear that not doing the work would lead to reprimand.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Challenging and exciting work. You never knew what you were going to be doing and it was fun to have so many different aspects to the job is how I would describe an average day. However, on days where the owners were more involved like big events like regatta day or when the owner came in to cover shifts at the indoor field location, those days were the type of days that made me want to quit In fact, I heard my fellow coworkers say many times that they choose to work at the outdoor field location because the owner goes there less and they themselves would refuse to work in the other departments because they would have to deal with the owner more.

There was no typical day, it was purely chaos, and disorganized.
I learned how to multitask, and my patience definitely increased, with the amount of work that was put on staff.
The people who own frontline are terrible, don't listen to staff, keep problematic employees and getting rid of anyone who actually helps the business. You will not have a future with this company. The hardest part wasnt the kids, or the hard labor, it was not enough staff, children as staff, owners messing up the events, and 0 organization or heads up. They will listen to your advice, take parts of it and let you go. If it was run properly, it would be a phenomenal place to work, you create lasting memories, and meet people all over the island, youre entertaining happy people. It could be an excellent place to work, if the owners actually cared about what staff had to say.  You will break yourself, and when you cant anymore they'll be done with you. 

Family owned and the owners are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet. The main owner tries to make EVERYONE happy - good cause he will go out of his way for you but bad cause he will overload the schedule trying to fit in as many people on their ideal day.
You get to learn a lot about airsoft and paintball and guns in general which cool knowledge to have
The regular customers are so nice, but you do childrens birthday parties and retail so you get a few extra not nice people.
Schedule comes out/gets updated very late due to customers making last minute bookings, and there is no real way around that.
Staff are great, right now they just have a few staff that don't really care enough about their jobs 
Current manager is alright, but with a good manager this is an AMAZING place to work
You get free lasertag, airsoft, nerf, splatmaster, icombat and paintball - just pay for bbs or paint

When I volunteered at Terror town, put off by Frontline Action, I made so many cool friends! I scared a ton of people and most importantly, I had fun. usually the day started off with showing up and picking out your costume for the night and putting on some makeup, after that our roles were assigned and we were put to our task. some time around 7:00 groups of "victims" would come through the maze and I'd usually be in the third room hiding behind a black curtain. the hardest part of the job had to be keeping a straight face. It was so funny seeing grown men scream like little school girls. but the most enjoyable part of the job  was being around such cool people as Tom, the owner, and the rest of the volunteers. everyone was so nice!

I've been a player and employee for Frontline for quite some time, the company has had many changes over the years to help accommodate its employees and customers promptly and in a highly satisfactory manner with nothing being left undone. As my first job the company and management did amazing training me on how and what to do each part of my job between maintenance of customer needs to maintaining the field or the consumable areas, plus the many other responsiblities to the facility.It's been too long since I've worked for the company to judge it but I have faith in saying it must be much better than when i had started there. the company is always striving to grow as a company and a positive center for everyone to blow off steam and have fun as a whole.

When customers would come into play a game i would set them up with equipment, waivers, safety rules and payment options.
When groups would come in for birthday parties i would get party room ready and set them up with equipment, waivers, safety rules, and order their food. i would supervise and ref their games, at the end of the party i would finish their payment and clean up party room when all guest are gone.   
Management were great and were always there to help when needed. The workplace was friendly and easy to get along with.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The co workers were the only good part of the job.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owner has very little consideration for the safety of his staff. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The owner looks down on people who do service work.

Frontline has the best work vibe , always having fun , we worked as a team abs honestly the owner is amazing and just absolutely love this job , between laser tag , birthday parties and making kids laugh and have fun and enjoy their birthday.

It's a good group of people to work with. The biggest downfall is the un-organization of the company. The turn over rate is very high and breaks aren't a thing. Fast Paced work.

high turnover rate of workers and management. Calls for shifts sometimes only an hour before. Long hard days, no breaks, sometimes working out in the extreme heat or the pouring down rain
