What is the best part of working at the company?
Paycheck, company truck, company phone

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They'll manipulate you to work the next day even when you're too exhausted to move. They degrade you if you reject a shift.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic. A lot of people are there for themselves and don't even show more than face value amongst coworkers. No one trusts anyone.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typically fine for the first half of the day, the second half drags out. If something goes wrong though, it can be accompanied by a mountain of stress.

At frontline it would seem that people with little to no exp seem to be able to make more money then those that may have 26 plus years some signers are making less than some tcp's which is completely unfair considering that a TWS is the person in charge on site and needs to make all the decisions,  on top of that it don't matter if you are highway trained or only basic trained that is not taken into account for your wage at all,  it would also seem that there is a ton of favoritism at frontline and management does not care and will deny it when brought forward

The experience of being in charge of a crew

The crew members that don’t want to listen to you.   Both crew and management.   Management micro manages your site without knowing what’s going on completely.   

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very high stressed.   Management doesn’t make it easy.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starts off great and ends with a knot in your gut because you’re more or less babysitting a terrible crew.

They pick you up in the morning at your place and bring you back home after work

Sometimes when you are to get your break the person who l to release you not showing up and they don’t give you the ac when time is really cold  in the company vehicle period

You have to work in the cold sometimes and you do have racism people ther secretly

The office don’t know what they are doing are what going on with the work 99.9% of the time

And there never ending door of new people that don’t what they are doing and the office don’t care about anyone. All they want is money and rip people off of hours. They don’t have enough hour for all theses people so there losing more people

making friends and having on on site

waking up early and making sure I dont have epilepsy sizeures

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
working need music though out the day while working

Your wasting your time working there, you won't know your schedule, because you won't find out if your working the bay before after 6pm. So if you want to find a 2nd job because the pay is 16.50 you can't, and after you leave because you found a another job because a schedule souldnt be hard to make it's 2024, they won't pay you.

Shortage of equipment lead to raiding of trucks by other signers. Staff shortage lead to long long work days to to unexpected delays at job sites. Company in conflict with existing Nova Scotia labour laws to to when signer was actually on company clock.

For a younger person trying to get work experience the job is great.....don't count on guaranteed hours cuz it won't happen, may require a second job..the job it's self is easy. BE SAFE ALWAYS.
