Fuddruckers

Worked there for four years. Loved every minute of my job. I would work 8 hour shifts, and was able to incorporate this into a high school students schedule. Learned so much from this job from knowing when to talk to how to cook burgers to dealing with aggressive and intoxicated patrons.
Management changed a lot while I was there. They never steered away from the main goal: customers. A few instances involved aggressive competition between managers/supervisors aimed at control over some employees.
Hardest part was being involved with managers/supervisors attempting to show power over employees. Also, the hardest part was hearing rumours about myself after I left
Most enjoyable part was being able to learn about many peoples cultures, learn from these people and learn to be a better employee

Worked here for 3 years, also was my first job.
I moved and relocated to keep working at this job but after multiple attempts to get an hourly increase or even any sort of promotion I kept getting denied. After 2 months of starving myself over this job I stopped showing up.

Management can be kind and friendly people but it comes down to every other job. Everyone answers to someone and. Most Junior Managers didn't have a clue what they were doing and the senior manager was only in during the mornings.

They will ask you to come in on days off. Say no dear god say no. If you let them walk over you they will. I told my boss I wanted an extra hour so she scheduled me for 7 days a week for a month straight. Yet I still didn't get extra hours. They just decreased the number of hours during all my shifts.

TL:DR Work sucks. Co-Workers are what made me stay.

coworkers were friendly and the work was generally easy. managers were mostly friendly. sometimes felt understaffed and the pay wasn't great but is made up for by the fact that the work isn't hard at all. hardest thing about the job is dealing with customers who can be sometimes slow to understand or rude outright. overall a pretty good job for those in high school or recently graduated. 

Long hours doing the same tiring and repetitive task with little breaks and an unreasonable work load. The pay is not worth the stress, the workload and is largely unfair. The managers of the store are competent, but under-staffed and working with too small of a kitchen to manage the volume this restaurant has. There are some employees who can handle the job, but many leave within a year. 

All the staff makes you feel very welcome and are very nice to new employees. Managers are probably some of the best you can have. The only downside is you must be good with handling stress because once it hits 5pm, brace yourself.Other than that half the staff have been there for years while the other half has been there a year or less. The turnover rate is pretty low since everyone bonds outside of work and most are the same age.

a typical day at work at Fuddruckers is very fast paced and team oriented. Fuddruckers produces very quality food along with serving everyone with a very positive and friendly attitude. Fuddruckers is a very fun place to work with great staff and at the end of the day that is the part i enjoy most about my day!

Treat u like a dog, disrespectful managers , toxic people always yelling and force u to follow what they say, they dont respect your hardwork they dont want any second to be wasted from u they just want u to work every second u cant even breathe. 

Everything is good and every person is kind to each other. People are understanding and it a place where anyone can fit and feels welcome. You are treated the same way and nobody looks at you differently.

Taking care of each guest by giving our 100 percent guest service to satisfied our guest..
Objective to maintain the good quality of the food before serving to our guest..

Work was always slow during mornings but it gets more fast paced during the evenings and especially during holidays.
I found work as a server there relaxing.
